but whats shocking to me is how candidates for DBL positions are on a site complaining and spreading nonsense is beyond me. Equally inappropriate so were all square!

Unfortunately, a majority of the DBL positions were chosen even though the interviews took place for these positions. A must by human resource / legal standards to check the box.

The old style questions asked by the RD's (Another story in itself how these folks were selected) are merely a form of appearance they are doing everything by the book and protecting their skin.

The unprofessionalism of the RD's and HR department is not a surprise. Those who have known Alkermes for years understand and have seen how decisions are made or avoided. It is job protection mode for years. Very high salaries, bonuses, and stock options, with great benefits. There is no advantage for anyone, even the inept RD's, to speak up and potentially lose their job.

You are such a poor writer that it is difficult to understand what you're trying to say.

If you talk similar to how you write, it's pretty clear why you didn't get a DBL job.
 






Its very simple what the poster was saying. Obviously, a poor attempt by you to try and divert what he/she was saying.

The candidates were selected by the RD's before the interviews even took place, but had to go through the human resources process to appear official.

The Region Directors are clueless robots who ask questions that are not relevant to the job. Its also very obvious WHY certain RD's are in that role.

The lack of communications by HR and RD's is not a surprise to those who know Alkermes. Everyone is going to protect their own skin, check all boxes, and hide in their offices to keep their jobs.

You didn't get the job, therefore the process is rigged. Typical "sour grapes" reaction to a decision that didn't go your way.
