Expansion for new sales force





































They came back with 65 base (well below my current) then said bonus could be 70-100 if I hit the targets. Tried telling me that the "superior" "premium" car was worth an additional 10K over base - suggested that stock options, extra vacation, and the "premium" car was equivalent to another 100K a year in value.

I'm a bit turned off.. hard to imagine coughing up that much base.

Wow, not impressed at all. The comments on the poor environment with this (if accurate) sub-par offer is a game changer. And I agree with the earlier poster that HR is a big problem - they should be more responsive. Professional it up a notch, NPS.

What were the car offers? What models are considered Premium?
 












what is the start date ? Is a Jan 1 start an option ? I'm going to take disability so my PIP doesnt end until this one comes through. If it's Jan 1 that would be a great transition. Serious replies only please.
 
















































Hey there lots of misinformation. 1) Life here is great 2) only successful track record will be hired 3) base well over 100K 4) FDA approval will be early in 2015 5) if you are lucky enough to get offer - take it this is THE best job
 






Would have to agree-am waiting for an offer and yes am excited about the opportunity. there seems to be growing pains, but definitely the potential to do great things exists. People I spoke to at nps seemed to like working there but felt overworked needed better processes to work with. Overall I liked what I saw - the good was great and the bad were not showstoppers IMO.
