Out of 64 RSSs, 19 RSSs are no longer with the company kinda seems like a lot.

Says MSLs were laid off. Why would they lay off medical during a launch?

Theory one is that Frost wanted to reduce the headcount. Theory two is that the MSLs were asked to promote off label. Theory three is that the MSLs saw off label stuff and were reporting it. Theory four is that this company hired in experienced management to launch an over priced drug. Take your pick. Have you ever worked for a pharmaceutical company that didn't have an entire MSL division?
