Another quarter of missed earnings and the stock is going to nosedive even more
Stock has fallen off a cliff, down $60 the past 3 months. Tough to grow with so many net stops...

Including one-time items, Alexion's loss of 81 cents per share in the reported quarter compared unfavorably with the year-ago quarter earnings of 88 cents. Net product sales missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $668 million.

It's unbelievable how many people i talk to who want to quit here. Firing people weekly or putting them on a plan sure builds a great atmosphere, huh? Sales territories open all over the place and people quitting within weeks of joining. Nice job guys. The RSU grant won't save me since nothing is worth four more years of misery.
It's a miserable place to work. no respect for the individual and you get the feeling senior management actually take pleasure in verbally and mentally bullying junior staff. it used to work because people would stay for the RSUs but now the stock awards are nothing like they used to be so you don't even get the reward for putting up with all the c**p.
It's interesting how if you interview there, so few of the HQ people have been around more than 2 years...
Back offices? You clearly aren't in commercial. If you're even at Alexion, it sounds like it's one of the background support teams nobody sees.
The sales and marketing teams at headquarters are completely different every 2 years because barely anyone stays.

+1 to THIS
US HQ is dysfunctional, no other way to put it. The company runs employees into the ground.
I don't work at Alexion, but how is that any different than any other pharma/biotech that has new products launching? It's interesting how if you interview there, so few of the HQ people have been around more than 2 years...
