Esperion

Team Esperion-thanks for your diligence the past little while as we navigate through a difficult period. I'm extremely pleased with the effort the team has put forth. Yes, clinics are closed for the time being. But, they will reopen. I hear of the discussion about me and the company on CP. I don't routinely follow as often as I use to, but I'm encouraged by the fact that the Esperion team has stuck together. It's easy to hide behind a screen and take cheap shots at people on CP. And knowing the sole individual who keeps ranting about the same few topics at a feverish pitch: stock price, scientific discussion, lay-offs, sales performance, clamoring, interview process, conference calls (that he's not privy to), etc. We've identified the individual posting. Know that our screening process was very accurate in choosing the best candidates. While true that there may have been other candidates with relationships, often times we've find those are exaggerated. The tenured reps we have are solid with business relationships. Many of the interviewing tenured individuals weren't that hungry. We might have opted for a younger worker who would put in more effort who would develop the relationships.

And, its worked. Very well. The sour individual who posts knows nothing about our sales performance or the inner workings of Esperion. We have a bright future. Feel proud working with the lipid company. Make no mistake about it-providers know who we are. So do payers. Thats why our access is improving. Even in the midst of a very difficult period. We can and do have excellent interactions-on a science level-with those we speak to. We don't need to conduct those points with someone who is so bitter that it has fully consumed them. He can't let it go. As he continues to post, we'll just go on our way to hitting our sales goals. Hopefully he finds gainful employment in a job thats more fulfilling. For the record, his interview was not strong at all. He didnt' come close to being as prepared as some with a lot less tenure who really wanted to work for the lipid experts.

Continue to win Esperion! The future is bright!

Well well well CB. Nice to see you climb out from under the rock or should we say the buffet tables that have recently opened back up. The lists of things you mentioned have all been your talking points since January. Scientific process, clamoring were all your doing . Don't come on here like your Mr. Brady from the Brady Bunch like your some Pharma Godfather. You've no idea who this is. I didn't interview with you. You said in an earlier post you had a rat on your team. So which is it ?? You admit you took reps with less relationshipd and poor performance track records because you said they were hungrier. Well they should be hungrier because they sucked at their last job and their starving for groceries. Your managed care has been weak. You've no momentum. We know you monitor this site daily. Countless times employees have been on here telling you to stop because your embarassing the company and them. In some posts you claim great access now today you say Esperion has closed offices. Which is it??What your really trying to say is this thats there's been no clamoring, no fielding phone calls from doctors nonstop.Just look at Esperions first quarter results. Does it look impressive? What is your team of champions been doing for 4 months. When is managemen going to wise up to the reps slacking? What about you?? How can you possibly be filling a day? Uber takeout is my guess. Hopefully with your endless free time you bought some new suits . Maybe something that hides the ever expanding mid section. A good double breasted suit would work better for you. Your the one who has to sleep with those pathetic scripts numbers your team and the company has generated. Good luck with those sales goals. You got what you paid for in those cattle call information stealing interviews. Word is out on Esperion.

Morale must be very low, if CB has to come on CP to give a pep talk.

Zoom and phone conferencing must not be convincing to the Scientifically Hired Lipid Experts.

Hmmmm

Has anybody in their career ever heard of a RD or VP for that matter come onto Cafepharma to give his team a pep talk? Are we supposed to be impressed by this? Doesn't this sound kinda desperate and pathetic? I can't recall ever seeing this done before . Maybe they should find out what their reps are doing everyday. Does this sound like a company anyone would want to work for?

You applied. You didn’t get hired. You have nothing to do but post the same shit over and over and over. You are obnoxious. So glad you aren’t part of the family.

Never interviewed here. Sorry you have the wrong person. Who would want to be apart of this inbred family of human debris. This is the minor leagues. Your reps aren't working much. Get a handle on this before you hit the iceberg. Try to figure out a way to sell this novel generic.

You are a liar; You lied in the interview and you didn’t get hired. And by the way as you continue on your scientific rant, there is no generic for our drug, it’s a unique and novel MOA brought to the medical community by the lipids experts, of which you are not a member. Loser.

Sorry CB- I don't know you or interviewed with you or anyone in your outhouse of a company. And BA is a novel generic because that's what it's similar too. Identical reductions and is a Zetia at best. 300.00 per month also for generic knockoff. You should know this as you claim your a lipid expert from the Scientific hires. Just keep up with your clamoring as we need a good laugh a few times a day watching you squirm when your numbers come in. You guys act like your in some secret society of lipid Experts. Do you have secret passwords and decoder rings also?? Maybe burn incense and candles and wear back hoods over your heads chanting "stupid is as stupid does""

Another cut a paste from Over. Quite a life for you to be up at 130am playing keyboard putz. You for sure were molested by a family member. How was it getting back doored by Uncle Jake at the sleepover in the tent?

How my reps have quit since the hiring date in February.
I know of a few that have left which is surprising since they are collecting a paycheck for sitting home, and the starting pay is very good.

Wow, nice week for NRx. Expertise = $ales! It’s always great to see the numbers grow! Accounts are opening up and improved access should help spur additional growth. Being involved In a great launch is memorable and a real career booster!

A bunch - boredom, no pressure , sick of doing Tic Tock and Candy Crusher . Milked Esperion for 4 month vacation.

Thanks CB for checking in. The numbers are dismal. No the offices aren't opening backup. Patients first get priority in coming in and offices have 4 months backlog to see them. Their not interested in a generic Zetia with no outcomes. Their laughing at you.

Open up.

We will see the facade that is the Scientifically hired now Lipid trained Experts.

Bring it on !

The pressure for scripts builds.

CB are you ready with the PIP's to motivate the Lipid Experts ?
