EPBU

Losing weight is a priority of mine, thanks. As for my self-esteem, lol, I am pretty good there. As for nobody reading what I wrote, I know. Nobody comes here. Except for a few. You have been around for a while. What do you need to do for your self-esteem? Get a job? Maybe that would help. LOLOLOLOL you are a constant. Keep on keeping on . . . fuckface! LMFAO.

BTW, if I know you, I hope you are doing well and can someday get over it. ;-\ it's been too long.

Impostor.

Wow, you are one incredibly long winded rambling fuck. No one is ever going to read all that rant fuckface. Lose some weight, you'll feel better and maybe finally get a social life and not be dependent on this silly site to drive your self esteem.

You are the same person for a long time. Do you do anything?

You think so?

This is true: Sr. management of both companies value the representatives in a way I have not seen in my career. They listen to everything. I mean, everything. Every DM has a voice, and every one of them uses it on behalf of their representatives. If a representative has something to say, they should say it to their DM. Their DM has no fear or reservation about speaking up in this environment. The communication from the field to senior management is seamless and constant. I have said this for years. It is still true.

This is a big partnership of very talented people in all roles. It is a big ship. It takes time to make directional changes. But, those changes happen. Those include just for representative changes. Vacation time happened :) because representatives deserved it. Raises happened--every single year--because representatives deserved it. Know anyone else who has gotten raises every year? Me, either.

A lot has happened. All of it good. Can improvements be made? Always. Is this the right venue to offer criticism, constructive or otherwise? No.

Think about the number of people who would take your phone call. If the poster above called the person he or she called out, that person would answer the phone. Say what you want, but that guy cares about every single person in his organization in a way that is as unusual as it is awesome.

We have a big job to do. We are a team. We are unique, and we are valuable. To all of us.

So, I don't think it was well said.

OMG. Is this comment on the right thread? Drank the Koolaide? Publicis is the worse company to work for. Management doesn't listen to anything or make any improvements. Give them suggestions, constructive criticism and they think you are whining, then out the door you go. They don't want to hear the truth. All of it; even the 10 year old computer they give you that looks like it fell into a crock pot. Publicis is the bottom of the bottom in all respects.

Management not only listens to constructive feedback, they often act on it. If you were part of the EPBU, you would know you received a brand new computer for home and an iPad for the field. You would be aware of the investment in cutting edge technology, and the annual raises, and the gift of vacation time. If you want to know the truth, there has never been a sales force with anywhere near the upload bandwidth of the EPBU. Communication from the field to the very top level is seamless and instant. Pretty cool. Best of the best, really.

Kool-Aid

I drink the Kool-Aid every day. Know why? Because if you don't buy in, you check out. That's no way to keep a job, much less thrive in one. Besides, it sucks being miserable all the time. For those who come here to speculate and complain, I wonder what the hell your objective is.

Fact is, the EPBU and the flex concept in general is a gem. There is nothing like it. Instead of complaining here, it might be better to elevate concerns the right way. Drink up and sell.

Probably not announce till a few months before. Merck need the Dulera revenue as it is the 2015 sales forecast.
But, if no announcement is made by end of Sept/October we'll know we were not budgeted
to go forward

Merck is in bad, bad shape..........their reps are all shakin' in their boots.
They think layoffs are coming...clip, rip, cut...chunk by chunk.
