How about the qualified white men? Or does that not fit in with the militant social justice narrative? By your logic, (and your words) "white men should be banned from the hiring process" only people of color are qualified to make hiring decisions. Isn't that racist?

Just wait. A diversity course is coming for all in November that deals with why whitee doesn't want to talk about racism. More corporate BS that will be jammed down our throat. Everyone refuses to talk about the other side of the issue where, I'm guessing, the vast majority of AZ probably stands. Oh....Just remember that this is all optional:)
 




















If there's a diversity course labeled optional, HR will most certainly have a list of those who didn't take part. Maybe its time to make certain our attorneys know up front all the action steps leading up to, and the potential fallout of not participating. In other words, can you imagine the mountain of lawsuits? Personally, I think AZ HR/ legal is smart enough not to roll out something like this. Its a veiled threat of sorts.
 




Geeeeeeeeeezus why do some people on here get all upset over nothing. Of course take the course, HR is mostly minorities looking to catch people. Play the stupid game. Take the course in a panara or starbucks on company time and laugh that you got paid to do this bullshit. Folks,....this too shall pass like so much AZ crap.
