Yes, is odd. All of these territories went from 50-60% to quota in Feb up to over 200-300% Someone's been finger-banging the numbers a bit..

Olympus has turned into the laughing stock of the medical device industry. Recruiters, Managers from competing companies, reps from competing companies, all laugh about Olympus.
Especially competing companies like Stryker, Storz, Medtronic, Wolf, Teleflex, etc...
The Thunderdick was a huge fuckup! The new GYN sales force is even a bigger fuckup! LMAO!

Other companies laugh their asses off, because morale is so poor at OCA, that all the reps are really angry and quitting. This is causing major business disruptions for Olympus. Very poor sales, and lost revenue have become rampant. We are just about at the TIPPING POINT.... Olympus Japan has had enough of Todd Usen's bullshit and lies. He has not performed and not executed. All he has done is stirred the hornets nest with all of the sales reps. Nils, you are a huge fuckup and terrible leader.

I just listened. What a horrible presenter. Did you hear all of the sighing, the use if ummm’s and ahhhh’s? He was totally disheveled and all over the place. Totally ADD. He clearly doesn’t practice what he preaches. Sounds good (probably read in 212), but he doesn’t want to hear the truth. If you tell the truth, you will be labeled negativive. Even if the message uly helps the organization. Now the entire sales force is afraid to speak up about anything to keep their job. Great culture you cultivated Sean. Bravo!! You’re a paranoid idiot who has lost it years ago.
 






The demise of OCA Energy started 2 & 3 years ago when quality leaders like Todd Frese and Marty Churchfield were replaced with ego manics who were threatened by Todd and Marty's professional, results driven business acumen. They built a loyal a team who worked hard, put the customer first and produced results without having to lower quotas in order to try to make themselves look good. So much talent has left over the last 3 years due to inflated personalities and egos - a culture killer in any company!
