The point is that merck needs well balanced scientist, clinician and understanding of the pharmaceutical people and business. The Schechter, Keane, and Murray Friday show.....good lectures and they sounded credible and ya....how wonderful EMSA is to the success of scientific leadership and Merck's future. Sounded like more of the same blah, blah and blah.......all that talk, no actions and deeds to follow. One show and presentation just does not make all the illness of EMSA go away....So the truth me known you have and arrogant assistant clinical professor from UPENN leading the Merck world of scientific leadership. You can guess it, I am no fan of Murray.

So Adam we have heard this crap from you before.....change model, QCS, Vioxx leadership, how Merck will be number one....We have heard such good talk and no follow up.....its the blind leading the blind....we all know that Murray has checked out for years and no one respect toward him. So how can he be a lead?
Murray has a disease....a self diagnosed disease....it is the ME ME FIRST Disorder.
Amazing to see that Adam and Bill are loyal to Murray when he has bad mouthed them over the years. Obviously it shows that they could not find some one else or Murray has pictures to show.

Treat his under links like shit
Inconsistent and arrogant
Lazy, moody and king of boondoggles
Talk behind people back
Second guess management decisions
Paranoid about compliance and so truth is denied
Poor and selective communications
Distrust, dishonest, lack of candor
Missing in action and no show at meetings
Manage up by sucking up
Only doctors have the right answers
Dr NO says marketing and sales bunch of idiots
15 docs are going to deliver scientific leadership and save Merck
 
























Hey whats up with this so called Dr. Harvey Schuck weirdo still commutes to UG from Atlanta? So just collecting his paycheck until retirement. Never to be found. Arrives to work on Monday PM and leaves on Thursday. What a great deal.

You really must be kidding, so what he is a doc? Give slack to those who come in everyday and put in a hard day of work under his screwed up management. This guy is a slackers and hides from doing work. The CSL program and the AA group is all screwed up.
 












It is obvious that either very few of you, or none of you at all for that matter, work with any of the physicians in EMSA. Take it from someone who does......I don't care if they had 20+ years of book learning.....they are bumbling idiots. And besides, they can't learn how to manage, how to care about their direct reports, and how to be just plain be nice people from BOOKS!

Obviously you are an angry person. my advice take some chill pills and learn to love your emsa dr. we love dr schuck. he is such a nice guy. who cares if he is an idiot and as long as he is nice to us.
 












Lets send Dr Shcuck to a course on how to run a meeting and dress for success.
