You people are going to be sidelined with those electric cars
Just the opposite. They will charge their car at home and never have to stop for gas and they won't have to take it in for oil changes. Once you have an electric car for two days you will never want anything else.
Yeah sure. Run over 200 miles in a day and you’ll feel pretty nervous about charging. As for oil changes that’s going to save about 4-5 hours a year if you do a drive through oil change.
If we don’t stop global warming … the lost city of Atlantis will be underwater in less than 5 years.

Sounds like someone that works in a more urban area. You know, the kind of person that thinks the city is the only place to live. Fly over country and many areas of the northwest and northeast will need to charge during the day, and it will take a lot longer than the 5 minutes to fill a gas tank. But you just keep thinking that EV's are all that.
EVs are an essential part of reducing fossil fuel pollution. Toxic climate change is happening with over 50% of bee hives dying in the US last year! Green initiatives should be supported by all.
Why don’t you go work for an EV company if that is your passion

The severity of effects caused by climate change will depend on the path of future human activities. More greenhouse gas emissions will lead to more climate extremes and widespread damaging effects across our planet. However, those future effects depend on the total amount of carbon dioxide we emit. So, if we can reduce emissions, we may avoid some of the worst effects.
OMG, the stupidity of gas-guzzling reps! If you don’t act against climate change, then no matter how much money you leave for your children, it’ll not even cover their healthcare bills, due to living in an unhealthy planet.
You should go back to the video that was posted on this thread speaking to warming cycles through centuries, not cherry picked snapshots. If I recall, not one global warming (not going to say climate change because climates change ALL THE TIME) whack job came out to slam their findings.

Due to climate change, Chicago, Detroit, Pittsburgh and DC suffer worst air quality in world while at least 24 killed in Texas heatwave. Dallas and Houston reps can't make sales calls due to extreme heat. We must do everything in our power to save our planet. There is no planet B option for humanity.
