Electric Vehicle

I requested my manager lower my call metrics. On average i spend about an hour a day in the field charging. I usually have to drive 10-15 minutes out of the way, often wait behind a car, and spend about 30 minutes charging. Over the course of the year it’s 250 hours. Almost 6.5 full weeks of work. I can’t hit my 15 calls/day with that amount of down time. I started googling my providers home addresses in an attempt to make up the different after hours.

Get them to tell you to inflate your call numbers, then call the compliance hotline.

The best thing about advancements in health care is that all the climate-change deniers are now going to live long enough to see how wrong they were. AZ is doing the right thing with EVs! I know everyone in my District are 110% supportive of AZ's Green policies! Have a great Sunday.

OMG!!! Here we go with another "We" post. LMAO!!! I'm guessing that you have a tree hugging manager that intimidates their reps. Everyone has to say they love EV's or you will be ridiculed. I can guarantee most reps in your district hate the EV, but can't say so. Speak up culture at its finest.

AZ facilities are banning single-use plastics!! Yeah Go Green!

  • Because single-use plastic is produced from fossil fuels, the process of extracting and creating these plastics emits huge amounts of greenhouse gases.

  • It is estimated that just the extraction of these fossil fuels and their transportation to plastic factories emits 12.5 to 1.5 million metric tons of greenhouse gases.

  • The removal of forested land for oil extraction and pipeline construction has also resulted in over 1.6 billion metric tons of carbon dioxide being released into the atmosphere. This land clearing also limits the amount of carbon dioxide removed from the atmosphere.

  • The refinement of plastics emits an additional 184 to 213 million metric tons of greenhouse gases each year.

  • Landfills, where thrown out single-use plastics are sent, account for over 15% of methane emissions. The disposal of more plastics to landfills leads to increases in landfill size and these emissions.

I am not the OP but you wouldn't find it funny if you covered a rural territory and/or someone required to make frequent long drives. The infrastructure to work some of these territories isn't there. That is a fact and reality.

There are very real safety and quality of life issues being discussed here snd calling people babies for voicing reality demonstrates just how clueless and out of touch with reality some office based employees (particularly the guy at the top that made the decision) truly are.
I echo this sentiment. Sales reps can quickly go from liking their job to having daily road rage driving those tiny unreliable cars.

To be quite honest, we really don't care about rep happiness. We will celebrate the day when "sales" reps are no longer employed in the pharma industry. The future of social media marketing is today! The economics of reps visiting maybe two to three doc offices per day does not make any sense. Hope the home office workers get to drive your EVs when you are shown the exit door, Just stating the facts.

This is not for the environment. This is to control the masses. 1960 the said all the oil will be gone in 10 years. 1970 we were told another ice age in 10 years. 1980s, acid rain will destroy all the crops in 10 years 1990 the ozone layer will be gone in 10 years 200o’s the icecaps will be gone in 10 years. Also Florida was supposed to be under water by now but banks are still lending. The only thing that has happened is our taxes have gone up, wake up people, the wef and who want control over your life

not in your lifetime buddy. Trust me, if companies could have done away with reps, they would have. Huge sales forces? Yea most companies have narrowed those down thankfully, allowing larger salaries for specialty reps. For 20-40 million dollars you can have all the sales force you need for a multi billion dollar product. That’s pennies on the dollar and much less than the marketing budgets for many of these products.

If not prevented, desertification of the world can one day make the camels as the best and the sole cars of our civilization!
