i won't give you the Bill Cosby speech, however, I am sorry for your loss. Again, wallowing in self pity and blaming others for your predicament does no good. Honey I have moved on and I have bounced back because I am a strong independent woman, mother and widow of one of the best men I have ever met in my life who always showed me how to enjoy life even when life sucked. I didn't think my life could have gotten much worse after August 16, 2012 until my life was turned upside down again less than 1 year later when I everything I owned was out on the street and I was living in a homeless shelter. My girls are the reason I wake up, they are the reason I keep my faith and they are my whole life. I may not live in a million dollar home and my car is a 7 years old Toyota, the biggest TV in my little 800 sq ft apartment is a whole 26 inches but my girls are fed, they now have a roof over their head Santa will be visiting this year and I have managed to pay off what I owed for being evicted and the numerous bounced check charges that were filed against me caused by my paychecks bouncing. My girls have clothes that keep them warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Again no thanks to the owner of this company who allowed his personal gains to interfere with taking care of those 500 employees that were laid off trying to make a living.
I will never forgive or forget all of the lies and deceit that came spewing out of that horrid man's mouth. He wrecked so many lives that day and not once has an apology been made to those 500 people, not once has he accepted any responsibility for anything that transpired and he has not paid back all of those employees. He is apparently now in trouble for income taxes yet still accepts no responsibility.
Then there is you. I'm not sure who you are and I really don't care. Your attitude toward 500 people that you worked with for how ever many years you've been there is absolutely appalling. If I were you, I wouldn't tell people who I am either..I'd be too ashamed at what I said about the employees to even show my face at Dynasplint.
Now that my 2nd year in Hell is over and I have something to look forward to again, I have contacted my own attorney so don't be surprised when you hear about my own lawsuit against this man. For some reason I actually believe you. If you really are his wife, the only thing I can say to you is that maybe if you had lost your home and had your 2 daughters and yourself living in a homeless shelter due to bounced paychecks which caused other checks to then bounce and been hit with thousands of dollars in bounced check fees and charges being filed against you for writing worthless checks, you might just understand the situation that your husband put me in by telling lies that it was the bank's fault.

The truth being back in February when the direct deposits didn't get posted was a result of his disregarding numerous notices that I am sure he received notifying him that he was going to be required to keep X amount of dollars in a reserve fund. The truth being that the whisleblower lawsuit filed against him was spanning from 2006 to the present.
That never happened. Instead, the employees get a recorded message while he is on vacation in Bermuda, forwarded by Bonnie, that the company is doing great hitting milestones in sales and the record number of reps that were invited to the President's Club conference and a deal had been made to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to get the sales reps iPads and iPhones to go right along with the added costs of the data lines..blah blah blah.
I am sure that I am not the only person that would have been appreciative of that recorded message being along the lines of, B B & T is requiring DSI to deposit this X amount of money into a reserve fund and DSI simply does not have the liquid funds to deposit which is going to cause the payroll not to be processed. I would have appreciated him saying that this lawsuit may be taken very seriously by the FEDS which could cause a domino effect. At least I could have begun to look for suitable employment so that I could pay my bills.

Let's not forget....just have patience..everyone will be called back by October when DSI will be debt free...or I am hoping to have everyone called back by January to well we really cannot call people back so these 200 employees that are left will have to do the work that 700 used to do...but wait, now we cannot bill Medicare but that is only about 10% of the billing..wait maybe that's closer to 25% oh well maybe it's somewhere in the ballpark of 50%

I never said I wanted him dead, although I may have back over a year ago when I was being evicted I was pretty distraught over what he was doing to all of the employees. However, I did say I'd like someone to just drop off of the face of the earth a few posts ago.
I don't want anyone dead but I sure would like to see a little Karma happen to him and end up behind bars and his family in a homeless shelter so he can get a feel for what he put all of us through.

My happiness..well let's just say that did take some time while I tried to put my life back together after I was in financial hell at the hands of a criminal who wanted to call it the risks of business. As I said before I have 2 amazing girls and they are my everything so I had to bounce back for them. They are back to being the happy carefree little girls that are growing into caring compassionate young ladies.
I know I am not the only person who has had a major loss and unemployment on this planet, I never claimed I was.

I can assure you, that wasn't my post I have been much to busy between working and my girls and trying to put money back into my savings after the son of satan got finished stealing it from me.
