I am sure it was nothing more than the same BS that GH has been saying since February 2012.......Did his announcement come by way of Bonnie with the birds chirping and the waves crashing in the background? Recorded sitting on his patio from his house in Bermuda that was obtained using the funds that he stole from Medicare? or was it the funds he stole from the employees?
