I was just making a point that this man has been sued 21 times for his unethical behavior and his first wife had to take him to court several times to force him to take care of his children. This man is a loser.

The facts are he has employed thousands of people, given many a start in sales, given away thousands of dollars to charities and employees in need, raised a wonderful and loving family, and made one or two mistakes in life.

1 or 2 mistakes huh? Please explain WHY he knowingly withheld health insurance and 401K monies from employees, but didn't make the appropriate payments? WHY did he bounce payroll checks? WHY did he withhold paying bonuses and expense reimbursement checks? WHY he says one thing, but does another?
Rhonda, you need to ask HIM, not ME. I think the answer is obviously for survival, with the intent to make everyone whole when the banks and attorneys were paid off. This is not a bad man. He's just someone caught up in unfortunate, compounding problems due to a whistleblower's alleged claims. It's remarkable how well the company has performed after all the turmoil.

If DSI has done such a remarkable job since the original lay-offs then why haven't all of his former employees been paid what they are owed? You can defend him and DSI until you are blue in the face but reality is what it is and he may have well slapped each of these people in the face and told them all to F-off they mean nothing more to him than garbage so that's the way he treated them.
Yes I have been paid what I was owed and so has my daughter and we have both moved on. But there were people who were put out on the street with no place to live because of this situation and they didn't deserve to be treated that way.
As far as Meredith goes..I don't know her, I never met her so I do not have an opinion of her. I do know that when Medicare investigations go back to 2006 and start auditing, chances are there is something to be said.
I have never had anything bad to say about GH or DSI other than he needs to make these 500+ people whole and he has yet to do that. In fact I did at least make an attempt to try and help some of these same people that you and whoever else have put down time and time again.

Like I have said all along......I could care less what you or anyone else thinks about me..your opinion means nothing.
GH has treated those 500 people like they were his personal slave and the fact that not everyone that was laid off in August 2013 ( 15 months) ago still have not been paid what they are owed is unacceptable. He has stolen from every last person he still owes wages, expenses, bonuses, 401K deposits and taxes that were held out that still have not been paid.
GH may have given to charities several years ago but that does not excuse him from taking care of those 500+ people.
