Not sure why you think I am so angry but I can assure you that I am very happy :D I left dynasuck long before GH started stealing money from his employees and the government so I was never owed anything from him. My drunk of a Manager on the west coast..well that's another story in itself.

And just to make things a little more clear to you, my "Walmart" job is now paying for me to complete my Master's degree.. What is your company offering its employees?

on the upside, dynasplint systems is now hiring former walmart employees.

but we all know thats been going on for a while.

As I was one that worked for both for a while.

But I have to admit, I am slightly autistic with a splash of retardation. But walmarts pay check was always in full, on time, and walmart seemed to thrive regardless of my situation...... AND walmart doesn't blame me after hiring me because they couldn't do math.

Well, with that being said, I just landed a big time job at the postal service. Controlling my resentment has been a challenge. To get hired there, I had to start taking anger management classes as they said all current and former dynasplint employees are now at risk.

Perhaps you may take me up on my offer to join me sometime.

I haven't been on for a sometime. I get on here every once in a while in hopes for some relevant news. But GH's posts are like one after another making it extremely difficult to get the news.

Gawd, it wish the feds would come in and take him out of his misery once and for all!

But noooo, the gov't doesn't work that way, they got a build a case. And they take so long doing it.

Like Ken Lay, who checked out before trial. GH isn't that smart though... cuz he continues to post on this sight.

I just want to know, when is the govt gonna go after their 500 a day for 60 days and give us laid off our 60 days pay due us under the WARN act? He wouldn't owe it if he had called us all back within 2 months like he promised, but when he didn't it amounted to a violation of that act. I guess that's what the class action suit must be about.
 






Tracie Gutel My splint never even worked- a year ago we sent it back. 9 months after sending it back they said they made a mistake in booking and wanted more money because they "didn't charge me enough". Now they are calling me saying they found a 2nd mistake in booking and want even more money from me. Not to mention that the representative kept sending me inappropriate texts. Not a good company. If anyone is out there looking to get a product from here- DONT DO IT!! They scam you for money!!

That Warn Act has no justification here due to the company being in financial difficulties at the time of the lay-off. I'm pretty sure he didn't promise anyone he would hire them back. The company was too fat. 200-250 is a good size. 1 rep can do the work of 2-3 in a particular territory. There were too many divisions. Too much overhead. It needed trimmed.
