Ok GH worshipper. I was never laid off or fired by dynasaur splints, I resigned before all this even happened but I still had friends there. GH put a lot of people in very bad positions and you still have the nerve to sit here defend him. I enjoy comments, keep smiling!
This is a very spurious comment that is both unfounded and immature.
Cite your source and rationale; otherwise, please govern yourself accordingly.
GH has done absolutely nothing that has been determined by a court of law to be unlawful or criminal.
In fact, he hasn't been charged with anything. He's only guilty of providing jobs and a decent living for his family and 200+ employees. This certainly isn't unlawful or criminal.
He hasn't been found guilty YET!!!!! It is just a matter of time. Once the federal investigation is completed he may very well become someone's prison b*%ch. And I would love to be a fly on the wall when that comes down the pike.
He is guilty of violating MANY! MANY!! MANY!!! Federal labor laws, hence the numerous lawsuits against him for those.
He may have kept on 200 employees but the fact remains that 500+ were laid off for what was supposed to have been 3 months that has now turned into almost a year. they have not all been paid in full, the employee taxes that were held back from employee's pay have not been paid, the 401K funds that were held back from employee's pay has not been paid. He has now violated the FEDERAL WARN ACT.
So you can sit there all you want and defend this monster but those 500 people that were forced out by his fraud will have the last laugh at your expense as well as GH and DSI.

I'm betting that he proves he could not foresee the economic meltdown or Medicare billing ruling. The government has the burden of proving guilt beyond any reasonable doubt. I think and pray that he will prevail and that the 200 employees continue doing great work.

The economic meltdown has absolutely NOTHING to do with his fraudulent billing activities, nor does it have anything to do with his continuous mouth vomit he spews. I would think that by now if the Feds didn't have a case against him they wouldn't have wasted their time, effort and the taxpayers money to bring the lawsuit against him. People don't just have numerous court cases against them if they have done no wrong.
Honey, you really do need a reality check. GH is nothing but a liar, cheat and a thief. He stole money from Medicare, he stole from 500 employees, he repeatedly lied to everyone about the state of that company leaving 500 families without a means to take care of their living expenses.
That man deserves to be put behind bars..he is no better than a terrorist.

Hey George! Where is the loyalty bonus that you said we would receive for staying with the company? We all expect this soon, or we should all strike until we are paid this "bonus". We also should strike until we are paid the rest of our bonuses in full. We should also strike until we get back dental insurance. We should strike until George pays us not only this bonus we were promised, but also the interest he owes us for allowing him (unwillingly-we never had a say or a choice) to use our bonus money and our weekly pay to pay wh0-knows-what and who-knows-who. So George, we expect, after nearly a FULL YEAR to get our bonus. This was already a farce, but now its been a year, and you promised, and you need to tell us when we can expect our loyalty award and our interest on all of the money you've been "borrowing" from us. How about an update on Monday?
Don't hold your breath..some people have waited over a year to be paid money for work done long before the lay-off.
It's never going to happen! Just another way to keep you there hoping you don't lose out on more than you already have. Get out! I'm sure you will hear from the worshiper to chill honey all will be made right, but a year later that is getting very old. He is great at talking out of both side of his mouth.

I know this may be a little late, but I have been fighting with the insurance company from an accident that happened to me while being employed at Dynasplint. I injured myself while playing an outdoor activity, and come to find out, the owner decided to take away the insurance from employees in June! However, I was laid off in August!?!?!?!?!? I cannot even log into the ADP anymore to prove this, and now I have to go through Dynasplint to get this resolved. I hope this will be a smooth fix, otherwise it may have to go to small claims court. I would suggest if anyone else had a doctors appointment, injury, etc. between June and the day you were laid off (August), research it! I owe close to $400 for this injury, and I do not know if money was taken out of my check for insurance, when in fact the insurance was cancelled by the owner....per the insurance company. It will be a year since this has been going on, and it is not right at all. 4 1/2 years at the company and I received less then $2 in raises. The company I work for now is paying me 10k more then this company, so to me it is a blessing in disguise. I do not wish the worst for GH or the company, just do the right thing.

I went through the same thing. Just fax HR the doctor bill and the insurance response and they'll issue you a check the next pay period.
Bit#* please!!! that is not honorable..that is GH cancelling the health insurance without any warning and still taking money from the employees paycheck.
