No one is holding a gun to the current employees' heads. They have free will to leave, but the choose not to do so. They stay because they enjoy the work, the company, their fellow employees, the owners, and the good pay and benefits.

Perhaps that is part of the problem - GH sucks too much out of the company for himself. Sign of a terrible owner.
Again, paid off by a sub-prime loan does not make them debt free nor does it satisfy the federal investigation for his fraudulent medicare billing practices, nor does it mean that all of the so called "pms'ing disgruntled bitches" have been paid all of the wages and expenses that they are owed, it also doesn't mean that the taxes have been paid even though they were withheld from the employees paycheck as well as the 401K payments and the insurance payments that the employees were paying despite the fact that health insurance was cancelled. We will also see where this class action lawsuit goes once the allotted time has passed for GH to respond (which I doubt he will respond to since he has never responded to anything in the past 6 months so why would this one be any different)
As for this "pms'ing disgruntled bitch" the grass is greener on my side of the fence since I do not have to worry about when or if I am going to be paid or worry about my 401K NOT being paid or income taxes NOT being paid or should I actually become ill will I be able to pay for the doctor and any medicine and the BIGGEST plus on my side of the fence....my company follows the Medicare rules and regulations and I don't have to worry about federal prosecutors contacting me to give my deposition.
Not to mention that I took a 10% pay increase and have already received my first raise since starting there in October.
So if you would kindly address me as Mrs. Bitch when you are speaking to me it would be appreciated.
Dynasplint will be fine. The Medicare lawsuit will be settled before trial; the government has no interest in putting a company out of business. The employees that are working are hanging in with a company they believe in.

I don't know what planet you are on..FEDS do not just drop a case that involves Medicare fraud dating back to 2006. The only way GH is getting out of it is to pay the millions of dollars he stole from Medicare with his fraudulent billing practices along with the hefty fines that will be imposed as well. Somehow I do not think that 25 states and Washington DC will just allow him to get off without any repercussions for his actions.

why would I be? other than the fact that DSI still owes me well over $2000 for bounced paychecks, expenses that I haven't been reimbursed for and my quarterly bonuses. As I said above, I accepted a job making quite a bit more than I was making, full benefits package and I do not have to contend with my paycheck bouncing nor do I have to contend with the owner of the company collecting medicare payments only to line his own bank account.So yea, I'm not miserable

People posted DSI would fail by last December, and it hasn't. The facts are that BOTH banks have been paid off, their are no liens or encumberances on the company, employees are happy to be getting a good job, good pay, regular paychecks AND THE COMPANY IS HIRING NEW EMPLOYEES.

Wanting what is owed to you is not animosity. Calling someone on being dishonest is not animosity. DSI is not debt free. You really need to think some more.

Actually, I do not wish to see the company fail. I want what is rightfully owed to every single employee paid in full we have been waiting since August for wages that should have been paid in June & July. If they fail then nobody gets paid.
I want GH to admit that he failed as a leader/owner and make amends to all of his wrong doings but we all know he will not do any such thing because he is right up there next to God and he will never admit he was wrong.
As far as DSI hiring, they are just trying to replace the sales reps that quit. Lets face it, the sales reps are GH's bread and butter. I am assuming that if they are hiring they aren't advertising since none of the major job search engines have anything listed for DSI.

Thought I would include the snipit from the MD Attorney General:
Baltimore, MD (April 18, 2012) - Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler announced today that Everett Wilson, 77, of Severna Park, has been indicted on fraud and theft charges by the Grand Jury for Anne Arundel County. Wilson, a licensed certified social worker (LCSW-C) and mental health provider for the Medicaid program, was charged with nine counts of Felony Medicaid Fraud and one count of Felony Theft of over $10,000. It is alleged that from July 2006 to July 2010, Wilson submitted claims for payment to the Medicaid program for services that were not rendered.
Medicaid is a health-care program for families and children and certain other individuals who qualify based on income levels, disability and certain other circumstances. Each felony count is punishable by up to five years' incarceration and up to a $100,000 fine for each offense. Felony Theft over $10,000 is punishable by up to 15 years' incarceration and up to a $15,000 fine.
Now that I look at the name, I think this might be a man and not a woman, but in any case this person is in their 70's and the charges were not dropped.
It's one thing to go after a single person, and quite another to shutter an entire company with several hundreds of employees, especially in this labor market and economy. Politically, that would be bad form and not something Obama or Eric Holder would support.
This is a civil, not a criminal case, initiated by a former employee.

I have personally documented several instances of Medicare fraud where while performing my duties, contracts for splints were processed that were not physically possible for one human body and NUMEROUS other instances of forgery and duplication of billing.
These issues were immediately brought to the attention of corporate supervision, Matthew Pettie, and the owner without any action being taken. I and many others, were simply told "it would be taken care of" and these orders were billed to Medicare and other providers as if nothing had happened.
Both Matt Pettie and George Hepburn knew of this companies impending downfall as well as the illegal practices being conducted which led it to this state, however, they chose to place their own delusional visions of success over the well being of their company and its employees.
While Mr. Hepburn and Mr. Pettie vacationed out of country and left reassuring messages about the state of the business with tropical birds chirping in the background from vacation homes, no thought was given to the consequences of the hundreds of hardworking men and women at Dynasplint.
I look forward to the opportunity to finally expose this companies fraudulent and inexcusably arrogant activities to the proper authorities, as I began documenting and copying ever fraudulent transaction that I became aware of several months ago.

Civil? uhh hello it is a Federal investigation..Eric Holder & Obama will be more than happy to get back some of the Federal $$$$ that Medicare paid GH and not blink an eye at putting him out of business if that's what it comes down to. Do not think for a minute that Obama will not put your ass out on the street for hundreds of thousands possibly millions of dollars of Federal money to come back into Medicare.
