Actually Honey,

YES Bankruptcy would have been the better means in this situation.

1) Laid off employees would have been paid before B B & T.

2) B B & T would have been paid over time instead of reverting to garnishing everything.

3) Interest and attorney's fees wouldn't have escalated as high as they did.

4) Health/Dental and 401K payments would have been made.

5) Tax payments would have been made.

6) The carpenter's lien that they are now facing wouldn't have been filed.

7) The business wouldn't be facing full on foreclosure like they are now.

8) The 200+ "happy worker bees" wouldn't have to worry about job stability with an employer that has none.

So Honey, go back to school and get an education in Business and Financial Management before you spew any other vomit from your mouth.

The SOP for this type of business should have been DO NOT TRY TO COLLECT TWICE FROM MEDICARE!!!! THIS IS FRAUD!!!! That still hasn't been settled yet either so for those of you "happy worker bees" do not be fooled by GH saying that everything is going to be ok when you know deep down that you are really being sucked into the shit even further than you already are.

I don't recall loosening a thing. I am also not sure how you draw the inference that I don't have a job providing good income and security simply because I am "college educated and can spell". Most intelligent people would infer the exact opposite. You stupid bitch.

Please stop kidding yourself!!! DSI is no longer a "good company with security" they are lucky if they can pull this out now that they have creditors coming after them as well.

As far as finding a job, I cannot answer for everyone but I can assure you that I have found a job that not only has benefits but the salary is also roughly $10K higher than it was at DSI. I too have a college education and I can spell properly. I do know the difference between their, there and they're and when they should or should not be used. for instance when writing a formal report it is never appropriate to use they're..it should always be they are. But I am sure you didn't know that.

As far as biting you..I will pass, since I am sure that I do not want to catch anything that will kill me.

The question here is.... do you even have a clue what sanctimonious means? I don't think you do otherwise you wouldn't be using it on me.

Although if you were describing yourself it would be very fitting.

Again DSI is not in any better shape now than they were in August when B B & T initiated the foreclosure proceedings on them. They still owe B B & T, they now have another creditor that has filed a lien against them due to NON-Payment, the 500 employees have not been paid, taxes have not been paid, you still have no health or dental insurance.

Their (should be there) you go. Just leave DSI alone.
Its (should be it's) doing just well (should be fine) without you

Please, if you are going to bump heads with me over an education, it is best that you pretend you at least have one.

So whats the latest on the health/future of the company from someone that actually has reliable information. Will they be hiring any of us who got laid off back, or are the remaining employees doomed to the same fate the rest of us got? I just dont see how 170 people can generate the millions in sales needed to dig out of the hole.

They are now taking resumes for people outside of the company and hiring them at a much lower salary. Layoff callbacks are over.
