I have to add in here that I have not compared it to the last pay stub I actually received that had all of the withholdings listed but I will.

I also have a message from Friday from the Dept of Labor asking for me to return the call that I will return in the morning and let you all know what was discussed.

My contact person at the Dept of Labor said that they will filing suit against DSI & GH. He has not responded to any of their questions regarding payments to the former employees that have not been paid and for the company sponsored 401K payments that have not been paid, nor has his attorneys returned any of their calls.

They have also been in contact with the State of MD business licensing with their information and DSI will lose their business license.

Not sure if this will help anyone but I hope it does.

Any hopes DSI will be bought out by someone or are they carrying too much baggage for a potential buy out. Maybe a potential bankruptcy reorganization?

I doubt that a buyout is a viable solution right now because of all of the lawsuits. I said all along that a re-organizational bankruptcy would have been the best route for them since it would have halted the foreclosure, garnishments and judgments that have now been filed and would have allowed those employees that were laid off to be paid first before the banks.

A trustee would have been assigned and payments made from DSI into the trustee account would have been disbursed by the court system. It would have also allowed DSI to continue doing business without making all of the remaining employees miserable.

Of course, that is just my opinion and GH doesn't agree with any of my opinions so he had to play the Alpha Male so he looks all macho

All creditors are being paid,
New employees are being added to the payroll weekly,
Vendors are being paid,
All lawsuits are being settled,
The feds have closed the fraud lawsuit and best of all

the Easter Bunny will arrive in 12 short weeks if he doesn't see his shadow today.

You can believe what you want to believe..after all this is the US and we are all free to believe what we want.

I just ask you this question...Why would it behoove me to lie to anyone about DSI?

First off, I did enjoy my job and the people I worked with. As far as IT goes, I believe that they were happy with my quality of work since I was told quite often that I did an outstanding job. Next is the fact that I have received everything that was owed to me and even if they called me back I would not go since I have long since moved onto a much better opportunity with the government. So your assumptions that I am a disgruntled underachieving former employee is absolutely absurd. Your opinion that I was laid off because I was an underachiever is your opinion and opinions are like assholes..everyone has one but then again you are entitled to your opinion so think what you want about me. I sleep just fine with the choices I have made regarding myself and my family.

My next point is that court records do not lie!!! They are available for any John Q. Public to view, you just have to know where to look.

And lastly, I do not want to see anymore people without a job, health/dental insurance and completely miserable but to sit here and say that DSI is thriving is a complete fabrication on your part. I would hope that knowing the facts would be enough for those who cannot afford to be laid off attempting to live on 6 months worth of unemployment would be smart enough to see the writing on the wall despite your rants and start to consider moving onto a company with more stability.

I want those employees that are owed thousands to be paid, the money that was withheld from their pay to be placed into the proper account or paid back to the employee from whom they were withheld. GH needs to do the right thing by his former employees. Fair is fair even if your opinion of them is that they were underachievers. They still worked for their pay.

The people at Dynasplint were NOT laid off for any issue of underacheiving. Why does this keep getting said here? It's utterly inaccurate.

Rhonda: For whatever it's worth, I get it that your monitoring of what goes on here is not related to some ax to grind with Dynasplint.

I was not part of the layoff, I was gone from Dynasplint for something in a different field before the layoffs happened. The way GH has dealt with this situation is utterly without honor of any kind, and it's the same behavior and attitude that got this company where it is now. The majority of people who are still there are wonderful, hard working people. The exceptions are those who are "higher up" who continue to "protect" GH and perpetuate the notion that he is doing the right thing. BM, KT and DP enable the BS that is a stock in trade of this company and the man who runs it.

I don't see that there is anything wrong with calling something what it is. GH has been much less than honest about the state of the company, has not paid people for what they are owed (both employees and vendors), not paid taxes and 401k money, broken promises, and filed claims with insurance companies that he knew were against policy and does not respond to the people who have a solid right to know when they will get paid.

I would also point out to you : I am not talking about the employees. I am talking about the specific people I mentioned who serve GH's delusions of honor and fair dealing. I am thinking you are one of them.
