& who exactly would this "administrator" be? PLEASE by all means give a name/phone #/etc & I will gladly call to check facts.

based on the info i was given today by carefirst, they had absolutely no idea what any of the info GH was giving meant.. they even checked with multiple other people and management and no one from carefirst could think of any reason why DSI/GH would be saying these things. they strayed from calling hiim an outright "liar" but definitely said without question that we as employees should be questioning it. they even said if DSI were to drop off the face of the earth they STILL would NOT terminate our policies/contract. so i wonder - WHY IS IT BEING DONE?!

GH swore that if anything would remain current it would be our healthcare - yet ANOTHER broken promise come & gone... how can we believe anything he says?

how would you know? & obviously since you know, why not give us more notice - just like the "notice" with the dental cancellation?

"Oh DSI employees - fyi, you're cancelled effective immediately. We gave as much notice as possible. Hope we didn't screw you over, AGAIN"

Susqeuhana Bank (sp) is basically saying that they found no assets in which to attach the Writ of Garnishment.

Wells Fargo appears to have completed their findings by freezing any accounts using GH's name or DSI.

This one appears to be GH completing a financial sheet and listing assets he has other than wages (ie..real estate)

If he has really pulled the plug on employee's health insurance they (BCBS)should issue a refund of any and all premiums on a pro-rated basis. In which case GH gets the refund.

You may possibly fall into a category for the Affordable Care Act..please check this out If you honestly cannot afford your own health insurance.. employees at HQ please check out the MD Primary Adult Care at https://mmcp.dhmh.maryland.gov/mpac/SitePages/Home.aspx

HQ employees that have children under 21 you may qualify for MD Medical Assistance https://mmcp.dhmh.maryland.gov/mpac/SitePages/Home.aspx

For those employees in other states..check with your local department of health and human services to see if there are state programs that you would qualify for.

I am so sorry for anyone still working that continue to fall under the wrath of GH and his lies.

It's a federal offensive to also not pay our 401k when you deduct

If true, this is unconscionable and out of character.
How can someone fall so far from the grace of God?
Hopefully, GH will respond and post the TRUTH here.

I find these activities incredulous. Waiting for a reply from GH or an interview with a reporter. Maybe Suzi can post a reply?

CareFirst BCBS just confirmed that THEY have NO access to terminate our coverage - DYNASPLINT IS CHOOSING TO DO SO! CAREFIRST EVEN SAID THEY WOULD NOT, I REPEAT, WOULD NOT TERMINATE OUR COVERAGE EVEN IN THE EVENT OF NON-PAYMENT OF PREMIUMS. SO WHY IS OUR HEALTH CARE COVERAGE BEING TERMINATED?????????

GEORGE - WHEN WILL THE LIES STOP?!?! WHEN WILL YOU BEGIN TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS!

ALSO, FOR ANY CLAIMS THAT GO UNPAID DUE TO THIS UNNECCESARY ACTION, DSI WILL PAY THEM - HA! YOU CAN'T EVEN CLEAR OUR PAYCHECKS ON TIME OR AT ALL - HOW CAN WE EXPECT THAT TO BE TRUE?
