Funny. You can get a dui and keep your job but god forbid you smoke a joint in the privacy of your home you could lose it all. What a joke. There aren’t any drugs at the sales meetings but plenty of booze and we all see how that works out. Our anti depressants caused people to kill them selves for crying out loud.

Lilly looks at alcoholism as a disease, therefore they don’t want to discriminate against someone with a dui!

Oh so everyone at the sales has a disease then? Isn’t addiction, generally speaking, a disease? What if I am addicted to heroin or better yet legal painkillers and they show up on a test? You are gone plain and simple no discussion. It’s really an dumb policy from the Stone Age. But it makes sense I guess. We have so many Midwest ladies that love to down the vino. Mom wine culture is out of hand, that’s a whole other post.
