Certainly not yours. The fight for 15 was over before it ever really got started. I wouldn’t expect you to understand this son, but the numbers weren’t there to support it and the public was never behind you. You can’t screw up 3 out of 4 orders and expect your customers to willing pay more, just to give you a raise. And don’t think that anyone cares about your stupid problems. We don’t. The drivers have truly screwed themselves. Pick up and delivery is now destined to be moved to outside contractors. While literally everyone hates the logistics department, it will be a lateral change at best. But honestly, who cares. None of them will be missed.

You are way off base. There are many accounts where the drivers have deeper penetration than the reps.

If you think there is a problem with missing or mishandled specimens now, just wait until it gets outsourced. Plus do you really think we are going to outsource to a good vendor or the cheapest?

I sure that deep penetration is an ongoing concern for someone like you. You should call Dr. Laura about that one. And if the drivers are so wonderful, perhaps the greedy little ingrates should have worried about the satisfaction of the clients, before they decided to price themselves out of the Quest Diagnostics employment market. The is greed here no question.....all of it on the part of leadership. Drivers needed to organize to protect them against greed.
