Nightmare in the west with a toxic nsm, 2 managers fired last week and she said nothing on the call. Classic karen who doesn't concern herself with us "little people" who actually need their jobs so at least you have JM in the east, who has been a good rbd.Is the east being micromanaged with the H2 requirements or this just the west?
Don't count on hanging on since they are in desperation mode, could care less about how many careers they ruin, and they are targeting many more scapegoats to fire. The CEO has nothing to do with it. He bought a good product and sales team for pennies as far as acquisitions go and then turned it over to HK, who immediately put handcuffs on the sales team, pushed out good people and caused the top sales reps to leave within a couple of months. I felt the same way!! In Sweden, they are positive and care deeply about their people, and are taking the month off! In the hematology division they are sending constant after-hours, threatening messages, demanding off-label promotion, and harassing and firing people with no warning or explanation! Nothing will change unless ALL of this is reported to HREast sucks too!
The hem franchise is a high pressure big-pharma career graveyard and its only us that are going through this! Did anyone else on the town hall, with their recognition of excellent sales results from all divisions, positive future outlook and caring messages about how much Sobi values their employees think "Why can't I work for this company!?"

HahahAlthough I do wish them the best and I feel the product has a great deal of potential, I wasn’t impressed unfortunately....little to zero rare disease background with the management team, primary care territories, calling it a Sr. position then conducting generic bland interviews with little eye contact and zero enthusiasm, some even checking their phones in plain view, (verrrry professional) rambling answers as too why they joined the organization (again no eye contact after asking the question) Always a humorous moment when you realize you know more about this environment than they do! My view is that they think they can wing it with the stereotypical pharma approach with the initial launch and shift right into classic pharma as the indications transition into larger patient populations...organizations like this need to understand we are interviewing them just as much as they as interviewing us....Curious as to your experience here?
