Even if she tells you to fake calls don’t do it, it’s a setup, she checks your offices if you’ve made calls, she is the Veeva Nazi, she will tell you to mute the speaker lunch programs which is against Pharma guidelines but she’s of the protected class with Hr. Let’s just say a party will be held for those of us that will be losing her in a few weeks baby!!!!

Um read the thread it’s almost all true. We are literally all throwing a party come Dec 31st. Her turnover is the highest in company history in like 3 years 14 reps have left for various reasons. She might be the worst manager in pharma history. And don’t ask other managers because they haven’t worked for her and know what she is. She is fake to them and puts on a front and to our team she is bat shit crazy. I mean reps aren’t perfect but she’s losing good ones and also can’t hire good ones either. She’s lost reps before they even start when they learn about her history. She needs to look in the mirror and realize she has lost tons of good ones too and those of us that have waited her out and now will have new mgrs Jan 1st couldn’t be happier
