When I was on short term dis she would call and email me constantly trying to find out when I was coming back, why I was out on leave, and came by house once while I was on leave and she didn’t know I saw her. Sad thing is HR will have her back so you need to go above them with this crazy lady

Wow I’m so glad someone figured this clown out. Years ago when she was promoted after getting her own partner fired Deena now could trust and tasked her with forcing out 4-5 reps. She employed every tactic you could think of like calling up offices if you’d been there, checking Veeva and time stamps for potential falsified calls, matching expense reports with calls and playing judge and lawyer and jury all herself. She was the queen micro manager that no one knew because she put on this “sweet” front in front of peers and other mgrs. The problem is she gained power doing this and she has never stopped and Colleen at HR doesn’t check on all her illegal practices when reps are on disability, telling us to fake calls to make the calls per day look right, faking like she is someone else calling your accounts, etc. now she goes through 4-5 reps every year it’s insane. There is a “wink, wink” between Jessica and HR. When you’re out on disability she says false things behind your back with your partner so that you don’t want to come back. No joke this woman will do anything

This is one of the very few people that was promoted with in the Aristada/Lybalvi franchise to become a DBL. And the carnage that has occurred because of 1 decision to promote her. Her partner in S Cal that was the innocent bystander that she left to die that Proved to Deena she was worthy of promotion, 15 reps on her teams, her poor dog she left to start a new chapter in Vegas, her ex husbands. And those of us still on the team that have to deal with the mess. The trail of blood that has left Alks can be righted if someone just does some real digging and shows some leadership to see what’s going on with our team.

Before she managed she was on our team in Cali. She threw her own partner under the bus for cutting out early because he had a young family. He was an awesome guy and rep.
