She does weekly Veeva checks and documents the discrepancies so that when she needs to terminate you she’s ready and she’s able to say it’s not HER it’s US. Aren’t you the boss who hired us and now you don’t trust any one of us. No wonder why are team has gone through 15 reps. The common denominator is the this woman who is not a leader. She isn’t even a manager. She’s a power hungry fake tyrant

She’s hiring so many men because women can’t stand working for her. And she’s hoping after going through 15 of us in 3 years that one of us might take a chance on her and be her husband

Fomine was the only one that could kind of stand her on our team. We were glad she was promoted to be rid of her suck up self. She said she would do it for kindness but we all know it was for her own selfishness

I took my name out of that hat after doing a bunch of research on this lady
 




Blame senior leadership and an HR dept that condones and encourages draconian, mean spirited micro management. It’s consistent with old school management philosophies that simply don’t work today. I would not allow her or anyone at ALKS make my life miserable. Take control of your own destiny and find a new home. Or simply suck it up, collect your check and be miserable.
