Before she managed she was on our team in Cali. She threw her own partner under the bus for cutting out early because he had a young family. He was an awesome guy and rep. She is a ruthless callous woman. Deena awarded her for this behavior and her reps and team despise her. Doesn’t surprise any of us but our mgr Snarr knows her well

Who told you that’s not what Snarr and Brown want. She fits the model perfectly. I will say she tells us we must hit the call metric of calls per day at whatever cost even if it’s phone call, email, etc and then holds us accountable when sales are hurting and ask us why these providers aren’t writing Ari and Lyb. Um because you told us to lie Jessica on our calls. She tells us to make it look pretty and then when she feels the heat or is on a PIP from her boss she will throw us under the bus with mgmt. She will just say it’s bad reps but she’s lost a ton of good ones too. When is mgmt going to eventually say, Wait who hired all these reps in the first place???? I mean 14-15 in 3 years. Cant turn a blind eye to that. Oh yeah, Jessica hired all of these and why are so many leaving? It’s YOU Jessica. No more surveys and internal weird investigations where you call all of us and ask us why we don’t like you. Just go back being a rep or performing in Vegas

the employee who should be investigated is Colleen Bessel from Hr who has protected her at all costs so that feedback has not got to upper mgmt even if there were minor or major HR violations on behalf of Jessica

She’s a liability but will prob schedule a conf call this week and cry and act like she cares. When these territories got re-cut she is low woman on totem pole so our team got screwed with inaccessible volume because she has no clout because she is always last in numbers. Cares 0 about us as reps when these were done

Why is Jessica allowed to keep skating by because our mgr volunteers for anything to keep the bullseye off of her and sucks up to upper mgmt. Interview us and you’ll learn the truth

Colleen doesn’t just do this in the west the Midwest she won’t even do exit interviews even when scheduled. That way mgmt And Alks will NEVER really know why you left and they can sweep all the violations under a rug

When I was on short term dis she would call and email me constantly trying to find out when I was coming back, why I was out on leave, and came by house once while I was on leave and she didn’t know I saw her. Sad thing is HR will have her back so you need to go above them with this crazy lady
