Get out while you can, Comm specialties next round of cuts will be with RSM's .....no need for 45 RSM's, that number will be reduced and the remaining mgr's will have larger teams...double territories should also be looking! sinking ship!!
That’s probably a fair assumption, would agree that we’ve got a couple more waves of “right sizing” coming and not just in Med Specialty. This crap is taking its toll- even though most are trying to keep focused on the job at hand, not sure I’ve ever seen us this stressed out, distracted and unhappy as an organization. I don’t think the ship is sinking, but definitely rough times. Hang in there everybody.

I love that the person “heading” market access has no market access experience. Same as the person “heading” izervay has no marketing or sales experience. How are all these people just placed in these high level jobs with no experience??

The Izervay lead is temporary while they recruit for it. That one will go external. Gotta mix it up between going outside and giving smart internal people a shot. We definitely have some that keep rising despite being pretty useless.

Wait until the market access liaison is put in place what a joke. How is that person supposed to be the conduit for all of market access. Yet again these people are kissing the right peoples ass.

A hiring freeze has been in effect, and now we are jumping through our asses to complete year end reviews by October 21st. There are no longer any real leaks of information, because our entire senior leadership team is new, and have no alliances or relationships with our directors and below. The people that were brought in to “right the ship” have to shuffle the deck to improve productivity and impact. There is nothing personal about this, and it is just cold, corporate tactics out of the same tired fucking playbook from the last 30 years. My only ask is that while we restructure our Veozah sales force, take a hard look at our inept managed markets team, and our overly restrictive compliance team, and make the appropriate changes there as well. Also, take a hard look at the “geniuses” that are doing our customer targeting. Either their shit is extremely weak, or we need to buy them some better data. Our targeting continues to be a JOKE. Good luck to everyone. This is going to be a cluster fuck.

Well now there is a “guy running Izervay” with no sales or marketing experience- hopefully just interim. How do you super reps feel about managers or directors with no retina experience?
And our KOLs and customers see right though him. He's made no attempt to learn anything about Retina or Izervay to date. It's a very very small and tight knit group that do not adjust well or welcome those who make no efforts to be part of their team.

I heard they are giving Veozah to the Oncology team to get them out of their pajamas and back to work. Everyone knows that oncology sales is just a lucrative side hustle for stay at home moms and slackers.
