The OP has had a long drawn-out laugh with this thread. Fact is, there is no list and the OP just keeps playing on people's lack of information leading to unfounded fears. If there is any doubt, go and ask your manager outright in a recorded conversation. Let yor manager know that you will record what you are about to ask him/her.

Thank u for the list! Just got it and 2 of my former district mates are on it who were outstanding reps but the DM didn't like them. Passing it on to both of them. Lawsuit to follow!
