I found out that I was on the list from a MANAGER at NOVARTIS!!
Publicis recruiters and managers have been forwarding the list outside of the company.

I agree. I was told by an inVentiv recruiter that I am on the list. She got the list from a friend of hers that recruiters for PTS. Obviously, the list is widely recirculated.

There is more than one list that’s circulating around these contract companies. It’s possible that they have originated from the same source, but after people leave leave one company and bring the list with them, more names are being added to that specific list that they leave with, yet at another place.
Companies reserve the right to not rehire. I’ll give them that for sure. Circulating a list outside of an organization is blacklisting and is very unprofessional and immature. That tells you how trashy these people are.

Who gives a fuck what Amplity says, they are a joke of a company. Like what they say has any bearing in the real world. They are crooked pieces of shit!!!!! Yes, the contract for the Gilenya sales force ends in March. Assholes why would they be paying on call metrics vs. true performance. they even changed the salary to bi-weekly in their favor knowing you can’t even get to start to be equal on your earnings until the month of July. Bye, Bye you will be gone before July!!! They throw dollar amounts for fake bonus to get you to stay knowing a majority of the top performers will be gone to other opportunities, before the pay out is even done.
Get a lawyer and initiate action against Amplify to have your name removed from this list. Frankly it is very dicey for a company to do any more than verify your dates of employment with a prospective; this may be a nice class action lawsuit- I know that’s probably not your angle but I would be very surprised if a letter from a lawyer would not rectify your situation. Syneos is actively using the list from Amplity.

I wish I were an employment lawyer; this will make for a very nice and lucrative class action lawsuit.There are now over 4,500 names on the list.. Incredible!
