I hope everyone is having a great week.
If it had not been for a smart investment in Genentech in the early 90's, Roche would not exist today. It was Genentech products that kept Roche alive then and now. They were smart enough to leave Genentech alone to do the work but have screwed up by purchasing the rest. Eventually, the pipeline will dry as more and more of the R&D folks leave. The Roche name meant nothing as evidenced by the move to acquire the Genentech name and brand and run from Nutley to SSF. All of those who lost jobs were not Roche folks. Many good Genentech people were let go. I remember the GREAT days at Genentech. It is unfortunate that they will never return.
See Son of God instead. Inspirational and the truth!
There is a lot of negative talk on CP, try going to Church this weekend. A positive message may make you feel better.
The stock symbol is no longer. Can anyone tell me who suggested the name DNA for the street that Genentech is located on?
Genentech

I had enough of the stock to retire. Thanks Roche!
