Point is you can't start the class action until the change is actually implemented. My attorneys are ready for this fight. I can't wait for depositions & testimony to start flying from Novartis . There will be a web site dedicated to posting every shred of information about this to the public. Every politician under the sun will be sent weekly update links. Novartis will NEVER have this fly under the radar no matter how much crack the former consultant & baert are smoking. OH & they better have a damn good reason they do this in the USA & not euro zone.
Can you post name of law firm to contact? This way we can contact firm and they can start to shape a list so the minute this goes live there will be less lag time. As we will be paying through the nose for healthcare; the sooner they can do some legal maneuver on our behalf the sooner we will get relief from this cruel burden we are being put under. Thank you!
99% of anyone at Novartis that has ever been on any kind of disability leave have been laid off or terminated. This company needs to be out of the healthcare business in the USA

I was neither terminated nor laid off. I was rising through the ranks after having been here for almost 10 years and was diagnosed with a malignant tumor. It's going to be a boodbath. We are already beginning to be treated differently and poorly at that. This thing is being handled with very little sensitivity; virtually telling us to go away and die somewhere.

I also just called benefits today twice. One person gave me the new prices but I am sure they are if I am a working employee. I am on LTD. Then I called 10 minutes later and that person said they did not have any price information but she was sure that it would be a modest increase. This is crazy.
