When it comes to the Dianon influence there is none. Some of the people at the top have zero background in the diagnostic industry, and the ones that do were very low ranking sales reps. why do you think the competition is running all over Dianon.

This post is correct, you will only make you base plus you company car. Commissions are very rare even for the experienced reps and the one that are making commissions they are not bragging about it. Look at you base with little to none on commissions.

This base is about avg for the industry, there is some play there depending on you experience.

You must maintain you book of business you are given and anything above that you are paid comms. When you loose business it goes against you so you will have to make that up as well as get new business to make any comms.

The issue is you will spend most of you time trying to protect your accounts and spend plenty of time with billing issues, so you will have little time to seek out new business.

the competition is very aggressive and will do what ever it takes to steal it from you. There are very few reps making anything in comms. That is why everyone is jumping ship and going to the competition. All of the senior reps or anyone with a brian has left and gone to other labs. the people left are ones the are the rejects no one else wants.
 






This company is a complete JOKE!!!!!
The leadership by upper management is a disaster, the BDE team is a debacle, and there is no guidance as to sell against the competition.
Reps are treated like crap, while upper management barks down orders of programs that are inferior and obsolete to the competition. Accounts are taken away left and right and we have no defense against it.

And another manager(RMBD) has left on her own, I wonder which lab is she will be working for? Good luck in trying to fill her shoes, no one will take her old job since she will be flipping the business over to her lab and yes it will be more business out the door.

Who will be the first ones to go? MGR's, Sales or both? I would say both since we are so far off budget with all of the lost business.
 






It will be the reps to go first since it is always ther fault and the management is never at fault. The reps are the ones fighting to keep the business but management is so far out of their league it is wack.

How is this management team still in place? They all need to be replaced form the top to the bottom.

The numbers have been going south for the past 3 years and labcorp still keeps them in place. Every idea has been a disaster under their watch, they are always getting their arses handed to them by every other lab out there and they have no to plan to compete.

How do the stock holders feel about this division with its poor performance?

Just let Labcorp take us over and be done with, we are ready to walk the Green Mile.
 












Next year our NSM is going to be a pot luck dinner hosted by RP and AC, both legends in this industry. I am bringing gammy's deviled eggs and spicy cold slaw. The year after will be a fish fry with all the fixin's like paper plates and plastic sporks. Nothing spells confidence like an awards dinner for USL and Dianon, 2 companies RP and AC buried, where folks wear bandanas and eat standing up.

Thanks for sending us all of your Dianon BDE's. They have hours of training in hospital business solutions and minutes of training in dealing with pathologists. This was a brilliant move done I am sure because labcorp did not want to foot the bill for them. This will help USlabs really grow now.
