Exactly nobody is getting $120K unless u left a real biotech comp with 10+ yrs selling biologics.. Prepare for bonus payout to be a quarter of the max. Heard the same ol song from other Derm companies before and every single one flopped then blamed the reps and laid their a&&es off. Thank but no thanks Dermira.
 






Dermira is a great company. Lots of opportunities to experiment with your hobbies and crafts. Most of the tenured folks failed out of large biotechs, so they'll be chill unless you bring up the past. Anything less than Sr. Director title, consider that entry level.

Unless you're offered VP, not really worth your time.

I have nothing bad to say about Dermira so far. Really cool and chill people who can't read or count. Just hang in there be cool and drink the AID. Can't and won't find a better opportunity.

I'd have to agree! Was NOT impressed w the DM or hiring manager whatsoever whatever her role was... DM's are only good for reviewing expense reports that's it!! the one that i interviewed with has nothing to add to my skills or territory WHATSOEVER! What could a DM possibly add on field rides?? Useless titles!

It’s funny how there are some on here who hate on Dermira, simply because they wanted to work for Dermira....and failed in the interview process. The reps haven’t even started, yet some idiots on here claim to have inside information. Every company has its issues, and Dermira will have theirs too. But the hate and lies are ridiculous, and it’s obvious it comes from butt hurt losers who got rejected.
 






I received my offer. Salary exceeded my expectations and my providers are excited for this product to launch. Funny, I haven’t visited one thread employees are “happy” to be working for. Opportunities come up and you go after them. Sometimes they go in your favor, other times not. Point being, you embrace the path that you willingly signed up for.

I know people in derm who turned down the interview after getting the specifics from the recruiters. Not everyone wants to come to a new company where it will be a disaster. They can't even decide when they're gonna launch lolllll New company and trust me things will be changing every few weeks including the bonus structure. You'll be busting your butt hoping to get That bonus you were promised by the newbie micromanaging managers. Have fun with that buddy!

You’re delusional. Can’t decide when they are going to launch? It was transparant October 1st throughout the process. I can only imagine where you currently work....

The hiring manager told me that 90%of call plan will be Derms. Lol Watch that will change quickly. PCP, IMs, OB, etc.. will be added soon after launch. Good luck beening the big league Specialty Company.
