Dermira...

I agree it does. My experience interviewing and the months it’s taken since the start is crazy . They have one drug which may or may not be successful and only thing in pipeline seems to be another IL-13 drug

Makes you think they don't have much faith in their wipe if they need to vet these reps the way they are taking months and 4 on 1 panel interviews and role plays! Ridick.

There's role plays in the face to face interviews?! Lol what a complete joke. Who do these people think they are?!? LOL Laughable
Oh yeah! Dude, they make you do a 5 minute presentation with managers looking on judging and grading as if thats any indication of real world. This is NOT an entry level position! Reps interviewing are seasoned with 10 plus years experience, sales awards meaning they reach their goals and they have years of calling on specialty Practitioners. Of course they know how to be a rep , sell, present information and how to conduct themselves in an office!

Have offers went out for the ones who interviewed last week in Chicago?

Same loser idiot who keeps lying about stuff. I got stock options, so does everyone else. You can purchase stock at a 15% discount. 401K matching starts in 2019.

So when you see a negative comment about Dermira, know that it’s coming from an idiot who didn’t make it past the phone screen. He probably was asked a specific question around strategy, and couldn’t come up with anything.

That information is even available on the Dermira website for all to see what they offer. This is a great opportunity. For those of you saying $120,000 isn't worth it, are you kidding me? What is the % of Americans making a $120,000 salary!? Then you add commission on top of that. Anyone that would scoff at that is just crazy and you think a little too highly of yourself fool!!

The best way to ask is ———
How are business miles recorded? Do we keep track on a daily basis of how many miles we drive or is there an app that will keep track on a daily basis for you?
If the answer is the latter then that means a GPS tracker. From what I understand the answer is the app, will record your miles daily vis GPS. This info then gets dropped in your concur expense report monthly with a receipt/document of every start/stop you made and how many miles between these stops every day that you turn the app on.

Yeah but you would have to be an IDIOT to bring that up while actively interviewing! I can not imagine how it would. If that is such a concern, why wouldn't they pass on you especially when they have hundreds in line behind you that would do anything for a great opportunity, work 9-5 , have nothing to hide and really want the launch to be successful! I really hope they are able to see through you fake over paid reps and hire those that will work together and pull their damn weight.

Ok so How many reps r actually getting $120k offers??
Regardless it’s pharma and you’ll prob be laid off in a few months. That’s $120k minus each month ur lookin for a new job!
$60k bonus at 100% for ONE PRODUCT?? yeah ok!! Lol

I interviewed in Baltimore on July 18th and received an offer very quickly after. I can tell you about my experience and what I know which may not be uniform nor the same for everyone else. My offer was 6 figures but less than 120K and I am a seasoned rep. (over 10 years)with Derm experience, benefits are paid 100% the first year with stock options. I know there are still positions to be filled nationwide that probably will be filled this week. The car allowance varies according to your geography but is at least in the $400 range. I know absolutely nothing about a mileage tracking app which was never brought up nor mentioned at any point during the interview process. That may be the case that they have it in place but it's news to me. My situation is a bit different. I lost my last job and my mother within 9 days of each other, so I feel blessed just to have a job period. All of us know that there are distinct advantages and disadvantages with every company and this industry is constantly changing. Also, I just lost my best friend in the world 2 weeks ago. 2018 has been by far the worst year of my life with a lot of heartache. Getting a job period is the only good thing that has happened to me this year, so I actually do feel blessed to be a part of Dermira.
