At Arcutis we are treated as adults. Our management team has faith that we will do the right thing daily.

We make just as much money as you if not more in most areas . We have a lot more vaca and sick time, and
less meetings .
Oh yeah, we are not running out of money . We may not have as many scripts but we are meeting our own company’s realistic expectations. We will have 2 indications before you.

If you work for KS beware of the district Snitch. She asks teammates ?s , tries to act like she gets it and she's not always happy; but it's all BS and miss wonderful tells Kevin everything, I mean everything . He calls her like 4x a day for any scoop. Guess who ?

Kev needs to be liked so much he even babysits for his rep that can’t make it to meeting or dinners because she can’t find a sitter.

Is Fred still crying. His golden child that he paraded around as a statue has left. Fred made all other reps feel less than worthy. What a great leader he is, NOT. Needs t be behind a desk at an accounting firm.
 








Mondays are tough at Dermavant. Fred spends his entire weekend looking to see who didn't get 20 signatures, who didn't call on all Segment A's, who didn't leave enough samples ,who didn't spend enough $ and the list goes on. Then he calls the Regionals who call the District Managers who call the reps. Never ending cycle of ---------
 




Mondays are tough at Dermavant. Fred spends his entire weekend looking to see who didn't get 20 signatures, who didn't call on all Segment A's, who didn't leave enough samples ,who didn't spend enough $ and the list goes on. Then he calls the Regionals who call the District Managers who call the reps. Never ending cycle of ---------
That's the Amgen way. Look at who didn't make A calls (doesn't matter that they don't practice), call and yell at the Regionals, who in turn call and yell at the DMs who in turn call the reps and tell them fake more calls
 




Dermavant needs to be held accountable if anyone gets into a car accident and gets injured or injured another . This Matrix on calls and signatures is causing reps to drive irresponsible in order to get a signature in order to keep his/her job.
I have a very large territory spanning 2 states, this call /sampling is BS and needs to be addressed.
BE SAFE it's not worth driving fast in order to get a signature.
 












We're circling the drain due to Frank's and others ineptitude. Hiring outside of dermatology was really dumb, constantly changing comp and not having clear direction, overspending at every conference and wanting to be the "nice guy" has gotten us here. We're basically a penny stock with not much $$ in the bank, running out of cash quickly. New head of sales is coming in but won't make much difference, who would want that job? Will we make it to AD? Will it matter?

3-reps in the field 99% of the time. no silly meetings, no weekly calls, no, no, no
4-support the dermatology conferences. don't have to go big, but have to be at all of them.

Instead, Frank wanted to fight with Amgen. We should have hired the old Celgene talent and that old cowboy from Texas to lead them and we would be selling $100million by now. Instead, we copied Amgen's activity model of fake calls and hope they lead to sales.
