Dermagraft acquisition

Anyone heard about a product called StrataGraft or ExpressGraft. One of my burn docs was speaking about them and was very impressed with the cellular technolgy. Dont think it is approved yet but in studies.

So who is going to manage the Dermagraft company? I heard its a hot potato issue right now, no one wants to go. I have a suggestion, maybe the executives and the upper echelon of QA could go out and get some real management skills practice and If that happens maybe OI can get some work done.

Let GN take it since it was his deal!

So how do AG reps feel about these DG folks getting offers with MUCH higher salaries than what AG reps are making?!?!?! Are they really 20K+ better than you?!?!?

This is the truth. Sorry legacy OI reps, just know the that the Shire transfer next to you at the national sales meeting is probably making more base than you. Word is that OI is allowing current bases to remain in place if they offer a shire rep a job. For the unlucky/lucky folks that don't get offers, at least they'll get a very nice severance package that'll provide a small fortune while they start immediately selling against you with another company with all the same access and friends DG reps had. BTW, Good luck with handling a cryopreserved product. Always remember your thaw kit. Yes, that's right! You actually have to work to sell DG.

OI folks: beware of a "senior leader" consultant that transferred from Shire. D.C. is full of crap and will lead you astray. Dump him quick or you'll be on the selling block soon.

Don Cope is horrible. He drove Dermagraft into the ground. Don't trust that man he will take your money and run.

Don Cope also looks like Beavis. So that's hilarious. You feel your living the 90s again.

But he sucks. No new ideas.
