Dermagraft acquisition

Any truth to this rumor?!!

Dermagraft sales are up 21% so OI would have to pay a 30% premium on 3 years of sale to acquire this product. That means 108 million in cash that OI does not have and can not borrow from anyone. Rumors are flowing that payroll funding next month is a massive issue.

The head clown loves to dream, bankruptcy #3 is coming.

Our great company owes millions to vendors right now and this could force a bankruptcy style shutdown before summer.

Seriously? None of my wound care centers will even use Apligraf or Dermagraft. Even with the price drop the hospital CFOs do not think it is a good decision. Theres no dirt getting dusted off…OI is getting their ass handed to them and 2 or 3 new products are taking all the market share.

I love it that you always reply within 20 min of someone saying something good about the co. 90% perspiration, right?

Well that's one way to get 2 antiquated products off the market... OI will f that up too... Serves them both right. Overpriced and overhyped with crappy management to boot. So long OI! RIP
