From what I hear, A LOT of people will be leaving Novartis "soon."
Maybe they shouldn't do things like switch the IC plan in the middle of the trimester.
Oh not just in the middle of the trimester, all companies do that. They did it in the middle of the FIRST TRIMESTER of LAUNCH for the new indications.
That was reported last week!! I doubt the offers will come out during this short week!! What are the recruiters saying??
i am thinking it will be the week of Dec. 5th. But who knows. Holdup is totally on the Sanofi side as Regeneron is absolutely ready to extend written offers. Been confirmed by multiple sources. Happy Thanksgiving everyone
So they gave verbal offers last week and will wait 3 weeks to give a written offer? That doesn't seem right.

I am one of the ones waiting. I was confirmed by recruiters as still being considered after the face 2 face and never got a rejection call. I was told that was a good sign for getting an offer, but someone on here mentioned if you havent gotten a verbal, you may just be a backup!? Anyone in my boat?
Yep. I got sick of waiting and directly emailed hiring manager. Got a call from the recruiter within an hour. "We've decided on another candidate". Well Nobody who interviewed in my city has heard a thing. I know all of the reps who interviewed!!!! WTF is wrong with this process??? Sounds like internal candidates are going to win out on these jobs. Good luck launching with NO relationships. Effed up!
I got my verbal last week. Now just waiting for the written offer. All this waiting is getting painful.
Hi. Could you please define "verbal"? Meaning, did they tell you what your base offer would be? Or just that you'd be getting an offer? I've basically been told since beginning of October that I'm the choice, but money has never been brought up. Just wondering if it has been brought up with others?
