Exactly. In addition, REGN is an OLD BOYS CLUB where tenure is KING. Competence, logic, achievements, regulations, among other success factors don't matter. HR supports this culture and they all contributed to building it. Go somewhere else that values new ideas and growth.

Difficult to decide which is the biggest sham, bogus stolen science, clueless big pharma management masquerading as biotech, or deceitful HR willfully misrepresenting the culture and competitive packages. The reality is a toxic shit show propped up by one hit wonder Eylea, stock price growth to $1000?! This overhyped train wreck has been pumped to dump. Listen to those who bought the fairytale and lived to regret it. Only the lucky few scientists in their ivory tower will ever get anything out of this horror story.

Finally someone says something accurate on this thread. No offers have gone out. The talk of "verbal" offers is bullshit. Right now Sarilumab and Dupilumab have nowhere to be manufactured because sanofi has fucked up. Regeneron is trying to move quickly and establish manufacturing at one of their facilities. Just ask yourself, how can a company like sanofi fuck this up considering how long they had to establish mfg that would get FDA approval? Sanofi is a grease fire.

Sanofi is known for F-cking things up, search SNY and you will see how many facility issues/recalls occurred in the past. www.fda.gov is also a good site.

That being said, how can REGN be so naive in not monitoring Sanofi's sites? There are groups called External Manufacturing who are typically providing oversight. What about risk analysis? Are you REGN just flying by night? Incompetent? Negligent?

I hate to burst your bubble, but it's not cool to post something like this and give hope to candidates who don't have the job. If the DM offered you the job, it's pretty black and white. What is grey is if this launch is ever happening. I'm starting to worry that this hiring event was premature.

Agreed. Hopefully they let us know soon if they are pushing these offer dates out even further. Also, I agree that "final" candidates have had multiple communications from Regeneron, including a mailer and at least weekly touchpoints with the DM.
