Derm Expansion - Who Has Maps???

bummer! I was rooting for him to get the job so he could take some of his garbage with him. Like Pete Ammon and Cory for starters. I am disappointed in ucb. Can someone help get Rodman in somewhere else? This is depressing I was figuring praying we could improve our culture over here by dumping our worst on some unsuspecting sucker.
Wow well I put that on leadership for only firing Rodman when they had a chance to do a cleansing and fix things over here moving forward as we try to salvage the drug. Since ucb didn’t do us a favor and hire away our worst managers it’s time for leadership to pop the hood on those left behind, starting with Ammon Riggs who’s now bitching about his territory change as if leadership did something to do him on purpose. Give me a break. Pop his hood just a crack and he’s done.

Can anyone provide details on the compensation package for the Derm division and share accurate information about the division? What is the performance of Sotyku in the Derm space, and are the representatives meeting their goals? I would be grateful for any feedback as I am in the process of evaluating an offer for the expansion.

We are exceeding the industry expectations, but not the internal - very greedy and idiot number crunchers. Do worry, they have to admit it sooner or later

Don't get fooled by the compensation. It is a soul sucking hell hole. The managers are toxic AF. There is zero sense of teamwork. The only people remaining are the idiots that blindly follow along or cannot get a job anywhere else. It is a disaster here. No manager allows for his reps to shine. Stay away unless you have been laid off. You will regret coming here. SJ literally told us that he is not in the people business. He is metric driven. If that sounds good to you then go ahead. However, don't say you weren't warned.
