This is really disappointing how GC and especially TR have handled this whole thing. They have to know reps are not happy with how things are playing out. I’m trying to be optimistic that Q3 and Q4 will be better with back to school and follow ups but time will tell. They made it seem at launch POA and beforehand that this was going to be a game changer and that we would all be making HUGE money right away, that’s not the case even for those who are getting a lot of scripts. Again, time will tell. I hope we all make great money and get more access with offices. Just hard when we are used to making $$$$ then not making money. I was hoping TR would have stepped up (it’s obvious GC doesn’t care about us) as I thought he was for us but it’s apparent he isn’t after all. VV wouldn’t have let us down.

It's clear that ALL of our superiors do not care about their salesforce. And we are the ones making the money for them. We are the only money making role in this entire company. Yes the pharmacies might be buying it. But they won't re-purchase it if theres no demand. So, yes, Supernus has their money upfront. But that's what the salesforce is for-- for creating a demand. And your salesforce isn't inspired right now because they're not being addressed and they're not being valued. We are coming off a year in which people didn't make much bonus during lockdown. Put yourselves in our shoes. And now we have no hope to make much more. Totally uninspired. Your salesforce is not excited and is working 5x harder. Address these concerns and make adjustments OR adjust your expectations of us. Period!!!!!!

The only way to drive prescriptions is to motivate the field. The only way to motivate the field is with money. Rockville you have headed down a dangerous path here.

couldn’t agree more. They need to increase our salaries to an industry standard if they expect us to run around like mad men & women pushing scripts through for a majority of non-targets -OR- just do the right thing and pay us for any & all scripts in our zipcode. They would see a huge change in culture & “negative attitudes” if they did that. We just want what’s ours. Not to mention the call activity would
Go through the roof bc we could actually log the calls on ALL the people we are truly calling on.

you are exactly right! They are still getting paid on any script going through but we aren’t. Pay us on dirt, we are doing our jobs selling to targets and non targets and only getting paid on actually targets which is such crap.

It doesn’t matter if they paid us on every script in our zips. The product and bonus plan is still atrocious.

you can try to attack my character and call my friends into question, however, your board of directors sponsored many migraine & epilepsy events for me to attend & yes honey, while you were shoving your face with your feet kicked up at 6pm & on weekends, I met lots of other specialty reps. Sweetheart, we definitely talked shop and compared notes. I know about everyone’s salary being substantially more than mine, about how their out of launch bonus is more than double mine when they simply maintain their market, meanwhile I’m growing my market & making peanuts. Oh and then sweetie, there’s the cherry on top where they all get paid on all Rx in their zip codes where I get my scraps for the providers on my list.
