I don’t know about the other guy but due to medicine for a disease that has a higher morbidity rate, I can not. They simply will not work together and I’m not coming off of the one that saves my life right now for an experimental vaccine not fully approved.

I don’t want him in my car. I also wash my hands thoroughly, use hand sanitizer, limit contact (I’ve done that since before Covid) and still wear a mask. Some of us have legitimate reasons. Stop being a know it all pompous doooooosh.

No one really knows what will happen with this variant. Supernus ‘leadership’, though, should be praised for their actions during the pandemic. They gave us gloves, masks and hand sanitizer to protect us and potentially slow the spread of the virus.

Now, as variants of the virus become more widespread there is no communication. Maybe there doesn’t have to be? I mean our leaders are the smartest and most effective throughout the industry. I am excited that instead of hearing about shut downs and PPE our ‘leaders’ push forward with KOL tours. A regional speaker driving around in a car with the sales rep all day for face to face appointments and a dinner program. Our leaders do not bow down or succumb to viruses and neither should we. Follow your leaders, pretend there is nothing to be concerned about and get those programs scheduled.

Why are you assuming I’m not? And who says the vaccine will prevent the new strands? Or even the original. No one seems to know a lot about anything related to Covid. My point is that no one in any industry is enforcing close proximity interaction for extended periods when there is certainly ways around it - and especially not any other Pharm company.

Forcing us to hang out with you guys won’t make us like you or build the moral you’re so desperate for. Know what will? Being honest. Transparent. Less phony. Less embarrassing. We don’t need cheerleaders bringing fake enthusiasm to every text, email, conference call, phone call, ride day…when you over do EVERYTHING you lose credibility and interest.

The worst through this whole process of launching Qelbree is listening to my RD say how great things are going while no one is making money besides Supernus.

Right? How do they take themselves seriously? Honest question. What alternate reality are they living? Would do much more for employee buy-in if they admitted it’s been a slow start for many reps and kept encouragement high. But this delusional song and dance, exaggerating successes (my RD lies to my team about my own interactions he’s witnessed) only furthers our distrust in management.

yep 100% w troll, I have more friends that I can count who left this company or just work for other companies who I have been comparing notes with & 100% Supernus takes the trophy for not giving a sh*t about their sales force. Nobody’s managers have been in their car. And some people ride days have just started back up & no managers in reps cars. They even ask their reps if it’s ok for them to come back to offices vs our RD’s who were shoving their way in during peak cold & flu season. Please troll, get a life, nobody believes your stupid made up story!

Between your attitude, and the amount of time you spend on here bitching and trying to be heard, it’s safe to say no one is talking to you.

A simple viewing of the rest of this website will demonstrate that most companies are in the same boat as we are when it comes to dealing with managers and offices,

Maybe it’s time to have one of your “friends” get you a new job where you can sit home in your maternity overalls eating bon bons while demanding a bonus check.
