You should be in prison. So should the motherfuckers who created this opioid epidemic. Lastly, dei was created for political reasons, period.

Trump is wrong about almost everything. He has no discernible core beliefs, other than if it’s good for him personally he’s for it. He’s gruff, unpolished and lacking compassion. However he is dead on when it comes to DEI and the harm it’s caused our country. It’s nothing more than legalized racism against white men. His executive order ending it in all government agencies should be applauded. I only wish he could do the same thing here at AZ and throughout corporate America. If he could then so many people whose lives and careers were upended by Dave and Pascals white guilt over George Floyd would get some sort measure of vindication. I hope that all those who implemented AZ’s DEI practices have an awakening and realize what they’ve been party to.

Very well said. Unfortunately, AZ wont change anything and they will continue to burn through talent. It'll eventually stop when AZ gets tired of the costs associated with high turnover.
 












The problem is DEI is a noble cause. But companies & leaders who don't believe them at the core do a show off of following them. They don't do it with good intention & that's where it goes wrong. The purpose of DEI is to have equal representation. It is wrong when you see no representation at the table
Why do you have to see 'representation' at the table?
 






The companies who follow right people practices don't need to worry about DEI. But companies like AZ need to worry because they never cared for diversity in the first place & they still don't care for the right reasons. It's all show off for them
It's all just a show for everyone. The only reason to do it is appeasement and public relations. There is no business benefit to it.
 




































DEI was another grift for companies to pocket more money for "initiatives" that never had the intended result. Just another way for execs to line their pockets.
100% correct. Those DEI allocations from asset management firms are lucrative.

Hint: they benefit the most from exporting emissions from tailpipes to power plants.
