Nope, murdered. How else does one strangle and not have marks on the neck? The soft cartilage which is crushed in a hanging was undamaged? Read the coroner's report. The facts are right there, if not spelled out exactly for the average person.

Wrongful death suit filed by Rebecca Zahau's family against Adam Shacknai, Dina Shacknai and Nina Romero.
"One day short of the second anniversary of her death, Rebecca Zahau's family has filed a $10 million lawsuit against members of the extended Shacknai family, alleging wrongful death, assault, battery and negligence."

It will be thrown out of court for lack of evidence. Just because Mary Zahau is looking for a quick 10 million from Shacknai doesn't mean it will happened. What a crock. It was a suicide and the Zahau's know it, the police knows it, the California AG knows it, and the DNA says it all. The Zahau's need to leave the Shacknais alone. They are good people and don't deserve these money grubbers telling lies.

Mary Zahau has totally lost her mind. The complaint she filed is ridiculous - science fiction made up to make some $$$$$$$$. Looks like both she and Rebecca are/were after money. Rebecca Zahau's death was investigated by four LE agencies, including the FBI - Rebecca Zahau committed suicde and all the facts and evidence prove that.
The real mystery is what she did to Max Shacknai to make her feel so guilty. Mary Zahau should get some counseling. Blaming innocent people for Rebecca's death won't bring her sister back. Mary Zahau will end up paying for all the court costs of Shacknai and the Romano sisters. They were all cleared by LE, and it was looked over by the California DA twice. It was suicide. Hope Mary has $ to pay for it all. Her imagination has gone wild - thanks to the few who call themselves "Rebecca's Army". They let their imaginations run wild in the comments of the Coronado Patch (and here!!!). Mary Zahau read it and believes these web idiots over real detectives, solid evidence, DNA, and fingerprints.
