Nope.....Samina is the one who plays dress-up with Davide. He likes it when she wears spiked heels so high she's taller than him. Then she can dominate him like the pediatric oncologist she really is - since she doesnt know d1ck about marketing, technology, tech platforms, social media, or pretty much anything in her department that she's responsible for.


What does she need to know? WCE will be gone by the end of the year, that any part of it still exists now is just smoke and mirrors. The WCE is where innovation goes to die. What have they ever done for me? Under whatever iteration over the years they have delivered zero value to the business. The WCE is where failures from other areas of BMS go to sit and rot. Fine. Let them play amongst themselves. Just leave me and my team alone. Don't force idiotic, out of touch, Mckinsey processes on us. Don't make us sit through their fantasy land presentations. Deal?

They're the worst of the worst. Ankita and her team are emblematic of the failures of the WCE. They're the wrong people in the wrong roles. They lack the experience and the understanding to do their jobs. They're mindless sycophants.
 




Well its got a shiny new name now - CE3. And McKinsey developed it and they laid off everyone who was initially involved in it. So im sure it will totally work now.

This sums up the crux of the "new commercial model" - change the name, hire consultants to come on board, lay everyone off, rehire at higher titles for supposed credibility, and start the process all over again. Im sure it will work this time for reals.

So obvious this was the approach taken by BMS that it scans like a bit, like a farce. BMS didn't have the imagination to diverge from the Mckinsey script. That's what happens when you have empty, clueless, people in charge. Lurch assured that anyone within each group was incompetent because they would be too stupid, too desperate, too much of kiss ups, whatever, to challenge the mess.

Look at those mentioned in this threads namesake. Ankita? What the hell does she know? Look at the bright lights that report to her. They're idiots. Babbling, stupid, mouth breathers. Samina? Look at her group. Those that have any sense are being pushed out. The whole org is a mess.

Well, the most LT questions are preplanned and while they are definately triyng to sell us snake oil - no one is willing to rusk their career over hurting there imbeciles fragile egos with “tough” questions.

Coming from outside pharma - all I’ve seen in commercial so far is outdated basic shit like CE^3 or other fancy sounding basic tools that can’t cover up the fast that someone completely droppes the ball product wise many years ago.

Add to that the utter disaster that is the NCM Roll-out with some of the poorest change management I’ve ever seen.

The head ache will be all competent people leaving BMS over the next years, and BMS will be stuck with undesirables - who can be promoted once the “amazing” pipeline spits out some revenue - only to replicate this shit circle of pharma life 20 years from now. Rise of the incompetents - Next generation.
