You will see the favorites in June/July when the layoffs are announced. They always find homes for their favorites while the rest of us get our separation packages sent to our personal emails. If you can find a job in the OBU, go quickly. There has been a black cloud over CVRM since the loss of Crestor. We have seen blockbusters like Epanova - remember that brilliant purchase? $260 million for Omthera. Or the Fibrogen/Roxadustat debacle. And most recently Andexxa. Face it my friends, it's over for the immediate future.

The visual is clear & yet LT is turning a blind eye to it...... Kim & Steve were unsuccessful CBDs. Nobody succeed under their leadership yet they're appointed EBDs! Lauren Herring is Jess's copy shrewd & non-caring types. No one liked her on our Andexxa team yet appointed as CBD! I don't have much knowledge about Jeff Peterson & Sebolka, but hear they're SW's people! How much more favoritism we've to witness?? CVRM is a shitty place.....

When you get the 'entire' CVRM Insights & Analytics team resign within the span of 3 months, they delivered a message of conflict and poor leadership to HR which surfaced during exit interviews. Key performance indicators were a moving target and Jess and her team only tell mgmt what they want to hear, not what they need to hear. The Andexxa marketing team is the perfect use case to replace with AI.
 












What did SW say in the panel discussion yesterday!! What did she mean by the comment "where is my treat" when the President was talking about giving a treat to his dog!!! What kind of humor was it!! Bad comments!!

CVRM is the worst place to be!! All favoritism. We don't have a voice. They interviewed me twice & both times told me the job went to people on succession pipeline who were clearly their favorites!!! Everyone knew that. This has been happening again & again. Interviews are show off. The job will always go to SW's favorites. She'll never endorse me or people who look like me. I'm forced to look for a role in R&I or outside now

Newsflash..... Like that everywhere at AZ. I have seen mediocre reps get specialty positions or leadership positions. Why? Because they were really good at doing what AZ loves the most.....kissing the old derrière.

Well it’s August. So no June/July layoffs?
