Next thing you know they will be marketing a commercially available adrenochrome product. Sounds more like hell on earth......
 












I would call Sarah W a piece of sh*t, but that would be an insult to a freshly dropped turd. She is the worst of them. Smile as she looks in your eyes while shoving barbed wire into your rectum. She is what AZ has become- robotic has beens who can no longer pilot the plane. She knows what she did, not what to do. Farxiga is done, Brlinta done, Andexxa never was and never will be, and Eplonterson is too late to the game and lead by useless idiots. The BBU is now just respiratory

Successfully operating a business can provide a sense of accomplishment and pride, boosting self-image and developing a positive attitude towards challenges. Unfortunately, there is no camaraderie on the Andexxa marketing team and the lack of experience makes this situation worse. They have to keep moving the goal posts on their key performance indicators. Their agency partners are frustrated and treated horrifically without respect. Their entire brand analytics and insights team recently abandoned ship too.

Sarah has no empathy & doesn't care for people. she only cares for those who she's in good terms with. Take my advice if you want to grow, be her pet!!! Look at the primary care EBD & Lokelma Marketing Director. no diversity on her LT. Only talks & no action. Shame on you Sarah!!!

For the name sake they include ethnically diverse people in the interviews & teams and but never appoint them into the leadership positions. That's why when world says DEI, it is I&D in AZ!!! R&I has the same problem. Only big talks & no result....

If you don't find diversity even in HR forget about other teams! HR has a bunch of inexperienced so called early career new hires into front end business partner positions who don't know anything about HR. My R&I newcomer HR is stupid and she knows nothing. I've been with AZ for 15+ yrs and haven't seen such an unprofessional HR support. SHe's just a pleaser!!!
