CVM Layoffs

So blessed to be out of the organization. Looking back it was truly Lions led by lambs after year three.
Tracy E. Lamb. To now Katy another Lamb. 90% of the reps that built the drug are gone. Great Primary care reps given field promotions (most without interviewing) to cardiology or even hospital. They have never even seen the lab but were great reps in IM -just out of their depth.

3 B dollar drug and you’re concerned about JACI. Didn’t we owe it to all patients to discuss benefits of Xarelto -not just the ones with good insurance. JACI goes directly against CREDO. There are plenty of targets and remember senior management is paid on Trx which drives earnings.

Shameful that the credo is ignored-This will be overall a negative thing for the company when values are ignored.

With all the legitimate things there are to rightly take issue with and complain about with regard to management, the posts that put DEI front and center as an actual reason for employee dissatisfaction are the most pathetic.

As you were, Elon.

Yes, 100% Agree!! So many other things, the constant revolving door over the years of new people, and new ideas, at the top. If they had left things alone and not changed direction every two years in this division, we would have been successful! It has NOTHING to do with DEI. So ridiculous !

Seems like the dust has settled & they are already posting jobs. Don’t think they do layoff as they are hiring for the open CV spots but then again this is JNJ. Probably survive til October again.

The aftermath of this layoff has left remaining employees feeling uneasy and uncertain about their own job security. Many are questioning if they will be next on the chopping block, especially if they have received a poor rating in the past.

This sudden mass layoff has also damaged employee morale and loyalty towards the company. Some employees feel betrayed by JnJ. They put in years of hard work and dedication, only to be let go without warning.

Overall, this mass layoff has caused significant ripple effects within JnJ and beyond. It serves as a reminder that no employee should hold any loyalty to JnJ.

This will give a 6 month reprieve. October will be the next time to do a layoff. Doesn’t make sense to do so soon with just recutting districts to cut reps.

If you are not out looking for something else, you are tempting fate. The run is coming to an end here. It’s death by a thousand cuts, but it’s inevitable.

Project Freddy has only made CVM Leadership look stupid. Please stop
telling us the changes are over. You told us that after Wave 3 yet we had 2 more rounds of layoffs. Your credibility is shot just as Xarelto is in the market. Your realignment makes no sense. Managers driving though other DM territories to get to theirs, DM’s covering 2 states, Reps with yet another DM, just does not make sense. Look we sales reps have a flavor to ask to the DM’s, man don’t take yourself so seriously. We are all lucky or unlucky fucks to still be here and you Mr. DM could have been gone just as fast as your colleague was ousted. So, back off, take a breathe, don’t be a dick and let’s make the most of this terrible sinking ship. There is no selling out of this situation, we are all hanging on. You will not out metric or out speaker program your college to retain your job. Your field rides are not needed the market has spoken. Be a kind human. CVM has torched us for the past 2 years. You Mr. DM, while small in life, you really have nothing to prove. Congratulations, Mr. DM you made the cut while your buddy got let go. Be a human don’t be a dick. Be kind don’t be an ass. Ok please. There is more to life that CVM. Your Legacy on how you manage the end of this products life cycle and how you treat your people will matter the most. No one cares how successful you are if most the people that work for you hate you . Look in the mirror and have a talk with yourself, this is not life or death.
