CVM Layoffs

This was not a layoff. These were for cause firings “based on performance” and spanned across the entire organization, not just CVM.
When the VP of Sales & Marketing ( TM ) says “ if you want real numbers work for a Bank “ and then they use performance to terminate you ? You are working inside a Clown show

FYI, historically laid off folks are the ones who get a modest package.

"Terminated" get zero. Nada. Nothing. Just kicked to the curb. Ruthless.

I honestly have no idea how managers look at themselves in the mirror because they're the ones both making AND grilling this sausage and serving to their employees who have no choice but to eat it.

It’s not just mirrored territories that are in danger. Higher salaries are also being hunted. Poor performance is being used as an excuse, even though it wasn’t the field reps that decided to throw away their better targets for the absolute shit snow that is JACI. Whoever bought into that shit is who should be fired. But the imbeciles at the top will always protect each other, while the reps once again pay for their idiotic choices.

There is no true leadership any longer. Only spreadsheets and metrics. This part of J&J has lost its soul. Mixed messages and half-truths. "CVM is the place to be for the future!" - this told to us from an RBD after the dismissals. Do you hear yourselves? Read the room, man! Please just stop. We don't believe it and you look ridiculous.
 








Real questions is what’s next?

CVM only got rid of 30-40 people which isn’t nearly enough for what’s going on with Xarelto.

When is the next firing for “performance?”

Will they start putting everyone on plans for one reason or another to try to justify cause?

Company has been on a a downward spiral since we got a CEO that’ Wall Street can’t understand when he does interviews.

Fire him, the idiot who keeps showing hand gesture of when X crosssea milvex & the superstar of Xarelto marketing before you go after reps.

Sadly, that will never happen & by end of year CVM will be gone or just the HSMs who drive all the biz will remain.
